I usually like this place, but have a question: how is it humanly possible for a bakery to run out of bagels by 8 am? Say, for example, someone orders a billion bagels. Wouldnt you just make, I dont know, one-billion one-hundred bagels as extras to sell in your bakery? Or maybe all those baskets behind the counter is just some artistic design thing and arent suppose to hold bagels...they usually are empty after all. But its a bakery, and one would think, as such, they would have plenty of bagels. And this isnt the first time its happened...they frequently run out of bagels by 8 a.m. Sure, theres always a plethora of salt bagels (WTF?) but a plain bagel at this place is as hard to find as TeOs girlfriend. Heres a novel idea: make more of the popular bagels (plain) and less of the least popular ones (salt, anything with raisins). Worried about a big bagel rush? Make extras on Friday. Thats when you always run out. Or better yet, just go around the block to Woody Creek Bakery. They have much better bagel-making management.

Ive never had an overly terrible or overly fantastic experience here. Its a couple blocks from my house so its convenient. I usually use the rapid pick up option. Keep in mind though, when you order online, it doesnt take into account if the store is out of something. So since the order is guaranteed to be sitting on the special pick up shelf 10 minutes after you pay for it, they make necessary sacrifices on your behalf. Its usually something minor like a different bread or side. One time, they were out of the soup I ordered so they had my bag sitting at the counter instead to see what I would like as a replacement (um, no broccoli cheddar? I may as well just starve). The staff is nice enough. Its always seemed pretty clean. But like with every place, be sure to check your bag for anything major before you drive away.

Extremely disappointed. You would think the catering department would be more conscious of larger orders from frequent/returning customers but they seem to be on the who cares program. They are constantly late dropping off our orders, food contained browned and sprouting avocado, salad dressings were paired with the wrong salads, individuals having gluten allergies received orders with gluten. When I called to complain, we received no apologies from the catering department, and a minimal discount for a botched order that was on their end. Our office has tried giving them another chance, as we are aware mistakes happen. However, they keep dropping the ball. We will not be using them for their services any longer, and I would warn all businesses want to use them for catering to go elsewhere.

Ill preface this by saying that Ive never had an issue with Paneras food, at any location. Its great. This particular location however, seems to have real issues with their Fast Pickup service. Different items have been missing from my orders on multiple occasions; sometimes its utensils (no biggie) and other times its a food item, like the bread. Sometimes the order is simply not there, no one knows where it is, and after being told that someone will handle it, its still not ready 15 minutes later. I have to be in and out quickly in order to get back to my desk, so its disappointing to find out that Im either skipping lunch or only getting half of one when I get back to the office.

midafternoon on a thursday, sitting as far away from the register as I can in a 1:1 business meeting, Ive heard 13 f-bombs from the staff. They are talking about who is liking their IG posts, the girl behind the counter ran SHRIEKING from a fly she thought was a bee, and they are currently discussing getting into a bar while underage. What a disaster. The older lady next to me was trying to read and drink her tea and left. The guy two tables away folded up his sandwich and left also. Ive never experienced a less professional or more obnoxious staff.

Went to the location near the Denver Tech Center today for lunch with my son and the second we walked in, I realized their AC unit was not working. Miserably warm, and after inquiring about the heat, an employee mentioned its been this way for over two weeks. Place was dead but had a ton of employees behind the counter standing in front of fans and doing little else. Would have been nice to see the staff be a touch more attentive and appreciative that we stayed and ate. Sandwiches were fine.

Will never return to a Panera, they gave awful service, told me my to go silverware was in the bag when I asked so little upset when I went to eat in my hotel room and have no silverware! Rude staff, food way over priced and I paid for a bread bowl for my soup but they didnt provide me with what I ordered, you get better service in mcdonalds, will not return! Would give it no stars if it were an option I expect better quality of food $16 & was not full.

I often use this as a place to meet clients and co-workers away from the office. I can count on a clean environment, free wi-fi, comfortable seating options. The menu items are good for breakfast (pastries, fruit, etc.) but even better for lunch. The sandwiches and soups are an improvement over most coffee houses and sandwich shops with good variety, fresh ingredients, and speedy service.

Green eggs!! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and after a few bites I noticed that the eggs were green. When I complained the explanation I got was that the container they keep the eggs in turns them green. Really? This location is awful they consistently get my order wrong and the green eggs were the last straw! My kids love Panera and I will no longer go there again.

Its mostly ok. They seem to be out of bread a lot, but otherwise pretty standard. However, it should be noted that they close extremely early and their online hours dont reflect that. They close at 5 on Saturday fyi. Hopefully this will save others from being like the dozen people Ive seen come by in the last hour disappointed.

Why would anyone go here with Woody Creek Bakery a block away? Service was beyond slow. Which I can look past. What I cant look past is an $8 tiny sandwich with unripe avocado. Didnt even get a pickle spear. Totally not worth it. Go to Woody Creek! They have The Best Sandwiches and the price is similar if not less than Panera.

Salad is decent however they left out several ingredients. Had to go on line see what was missing and then ask for them by name. Wish I had read other reviews botched orders an issue here. Guy next to me was waiting for his soup 15 mins. Seems they lost his order.

The food there is really good and they have free Wi-Fi so you can get a little work done or have a meeting over a sandwich. If you go in the off-hours (not lunch time) then there is easy seating and pleasant environment.

Ordered food to go & did not get the salad I ordered. I also asked for butter & it was not in the sack when I got back to my hotel room. They totally messed up the order in the people ahead of me.
