Im typically a huge panera fan. I crave their baguettes as a substitute for Parisian ones that I became addicted to during my time abroad. I would seriously just eat the bread here, but Ive grown to like other items. Anyway, I have been to this location several times and had subpar service. Then a few months ago, I had horrible service. The cashier got our order wrong, charged us $8 more for an item that we never ordered and when brought to her attention, she told us there was nothing she could do about it. Absolutely refused to give us our money back even though we did not want the item. The manager gave us a free cookie "for our trouble". Uhmmm, thanks?! So, we boycotted for awhile but I was feeling chicken and wild rice soup, and it was right across the street from UCHealth, convenience won out. Of course they didnt have my soup...only available on certain days, so I ordered a salad and deli turkey sandwich. The order came up rather quickly for how busy they were, so that was good. I started eating my sandwich and it tasted a little off. I figured that was because I wasnt used to eating a turkey sandwich (yes, Im an idiot). Fast forward a few hours and in starts the awful stomach pain. I have had a baby....I know what labor feels like, and these stomach cramps were reminding me of my labor. Awesome. I am 99% sure that I got food poisoning (which Ive had the pleasure of having before) from this turkey sandwich. So, needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this panera again. No matter how much I want a baguette or how close it is to UCHealth.

I received thirty dollars in gift cards from one of my favorite students family and decided to take hubby to dinner and the nearest one to our home, this location across from the University Hospital and Childrens. I have to say my experience was less than enjoyable. We arrived around 6:30 pm. I approached the counter and neither of the two workers greeted us, but the guy seemed ok. I proceeded to place my order and notice how dirty the floor was behind the counter. As I placed my order a guy in the back folding boxes started yelling out things they were out of. The list is way to long to write here. It was dinner time youd think theyd have more food on hand. While we were waiting for our sandwiches My husband ordered a smoothie and of course they were out of the flavor he wanted, and the guy folding boxes, I think he may have been a manager/owner,tells us they only have one flavor ,we should get it "really good," It was not and he had the new girl make it.She struggled with reading the recipe. Not once were we offered any type of compensation for our time or them being out of the most popular items. I will never visit that location again. The one bright star was the sandwiches were made faster than the smoothie. It might have been nice to offer me a courtesy cup of lemonade, I digress. I did notice box guy did hook another patron up with a large chicken soup because they were out of small ones, maybe she was a regular. Never again.

I didnt know I lived so close to a Panera. When I found out I stopped in to grab breakfast before running errands. There was a decent sized line at 9 am which I was surprised about. So I tried the Rapid Pick up. It worked well. I was a little disappointed to see a grumpy employee toss my bag on the shelf and then run off. I tried to smile at him. Then when I went to get my tea I found the lids of the tea off or completely gone. Pretty sure thats not allowed. Plus I was upset to see that the fountain machine fan was blowing hot air directly on top of the open tea containers. Ive always been a fan of Panera so this was a huge disappointment. I have a photo of the open tea containers next to the fountain machine but every time I upload it the photo magically disappears.

Went in for ham and Swiss and they said I got a half and not a full sand and that was not true my reciept showed I paid for a full sand and they didnt put all the toppings and my pickle on the first then next day I go in and give it a shot again and again they forget the pickle and this after there manager had them remake order, so they must not pay too much attention to their orders but hey missing one item or not this was not good service then to get challenge and have to prove what you pay for, I rate this a 0 will never eat here again manager should have taken care of me better I spend a lot being at childrens hospital across the street and it was not right nor was I treated fairly, bad deal, will not ever spend my money here again

The only thing that they got going for them is that the place is clean other than that service was awful how do you open a business the beginning of a day when you dont have everything prepped and ready to go they open at 7 oclock but should soup as some items are not ready to go come almost 12 oclock thats not the way you run a business on top of that route service and then you have a manager that sit in the back ready to pounce on you waiting for you to say something like shes going to be a sumo wrestler with you I never do business again with Panera Bread either I guess just like Ive done with McDonalds going on to two years of that one

We were traveling, not from around there and called to see if we could just buy a loaf of bread; a little uncommon for a place like that to just sell us a loaf of bread. But the manager there said of course, come on down. When I walked in I instantly felt comfortable as the employees were having fun; seemed genuinely happy to be there; even joked with me a little which lightened my situation. Theres more to the story than just us needing bread that I wont go in to. Thats why it was so, so helpful of him to do this for us without even knowing the details. Thank you again.

Rapid pick up in the morning is great if you only order a breakfast sandwich and a drink but several times I decided to order a salad for lunch every time they were late getting my order ready I had to sit down and wait. One of the days I watched three people come in order and leave meanwhile I was waiting even though I placed my order online at 5am another time I was missing my baguette, and the very last time I ordered a salad it was all wilted and I couldnt even eat it except for the chicken and then I had to throw away the rest so disappointed and hungry

Amazing Service! I was part of a conference that let out for our lunch break, and the line was through the whole restaurant. The staff pulled together with awesome teamwork and communication (it was visible how they worked well together and supported each other with encouragement), the food came out quick, was well prepared and tasty! They also kept the tables well bussed, were pleasant with us as they walked around picking up plates, and the managers visited tables to inquire about our food and experience. Extra credit for being graceful under pressure!
