I bought a new computer from them. It came with Windows 7, Office 2013, and Microsoft Security included. Cant beat the price anywhere. It was completely set-up, so I didnt have to spend time downloading software. Just plugged it in and everything worked. Matthew is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have also used them to restore hard drives and deal with virus issues. I highly recommend them.

My expierence was perfect at Average Joe computers. I brought in a very old lap top that no longer worked or supported anything. In a very short time he had it running fast and smooth. It was very afordable and the customer service was GREAT! He was very informative, patient and kind. I would go back here in a heart beat. I am telling everyone I know about Average Joe Computers.

great service ! fast same day service and got everything done quick and correctly done ! my old pc is running better than it did when it was new even. he saved me the cost of a new pc. just upgraded everything, and put in new software etc and cleaned and redid the hard drives, it is so good now ! go to him for anything with a computer !! great job Matthew !!! thanks again !!!

Dont bother with any other computer repair service, Matthew is the real deal and got my laptops fan fixed in an hour and a half. I go to school and work so my laptop access is needed regularly. The price was great and he was a cool guy to talk with both on and off the phone. I am going to be a returning customer with any future repair serviced I might need, thanks again!

Joe is the best. I dropped my computer off for service and before I got home he had already cracked it open and diagnosed it. He gave me a honest and clear description of the problem. I am not a novice when it comes to computers an I could tell this guy knows his stuff. He told me fixing my lap top would more than it was worth and did not charge me for his time.

Thought I just needed an OS reinstallation because I had [I thought] backup on an external drive. Turns out all that work and nothing was backed up. Good thing I couldnt find reinstallation disks or Id lost all data. Great service and great prices.
