I never write reviews but I recently got a virus on my computer and I found Canyon Computer Service on the Web and gave them a call. I was really panicked and upset because I had never gotten a virus before and I was worried I would lose a lot of my documents because I really didnt have a lot of it backed up. But Canyon provided GREAT service and fixed my computer that day, I dont have a car but Aaron Schacht was able to meet me close to my residence, fix my computer on the spot and return it to me within the hour. My computer is back to normal and I did not lose anything; calling Canyon made all the difference and I am so happy I found such a reliable, professional and excellent computer service!!!!

I have used Canyon Computer services for over 9 years. They’ve handled everything from troubleshooting, data backup, wireless setup, software and hardware upgrades, virus removal, setting up my new computer system, as well as figuring out when it was plain old user error. They are very dependable and I am confident that they will be there when I need them. Their pricing is extremely fair and I trust them to do what is in my best interest when it comes to repairing my personal computer. I love the fact that they are located in Boulder and that they are so very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing my home computer. I recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I have been using Canyon Computer Services for over 8 years. I whole heartedly recommend them for all your computer needs. They are friendly, competent, timely, and just plain know what they are doing when it comes to fixing what can go wrong with computers. They have solved a wide range of our computer problems from hard drive issues, virus protection problems, email nightmare glitches and softwear messes that were driving us nuts. Aaron at Canyon Computer has been servicing all of the computers at my law firm for years, and I can honestly say both that he is a great computer technician and that he puts hs clients first. Ive been using Canyon Computer Services for a couple or three years now and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. They are fast, professional, very knowledgeable, and always leave me happier than when I walked in the door. And theyve consistently charged me even less than the very reasonable quote I received before they started working. Theyre really nice people, to boot, and they even have great office dogs! Knowing that Canyon Computer is there gives me total peace of mind about my computer, which I rely on 7 days a week for my business. Theyre the best!

I had a major issue with my computer and Canyon Computer Services had me back to work in 1 day. Called multiple places and had the same run around with price and completion date. I own a small business and our primary tool is a computer. I have been very uptight about not having the support I would need and CCS has put me at ease. My overhead remains low by replacing a in house IT/IS department with CCS and I have the same (or better) quality service! If your machine is critical to the success of your company these are the folks to work with.

I used Canyon Computer Services for the first time a few months ago to replace a faulty power supply. Not only was everyone extremely knowledgable and helpful...they were very friendly and accomodating also. I was in a bind and needed a quick turnaround. After researching other options, I came back to CCS since they could help me the soonest and at a very reasonable cost...and Im certainly glad that I did. The most welcoming and professional people. Service-minded, all about the customer and how to neutralize the problem. Caring, concern for future problems and addressed issues in office and offered home service for my particular problem. Price was right on. Not the absolute lowest, but worth every bit. So good, they can even fix all the issues on Shirleys computer. Shirley manages somehow to have more problems with her system than everyone else put together. And in 1 hour, everything was fixed. Theyre really good at pretty much everything you need. But totally cleaning up Shirleys computer, that I figured was truly impossible. And they did it in an hour.

Canyon Computer Services helped us out the first time several months ago when we were having issues getting our new POS to work. Had I known what an amazing company they were, I could have saved months of stress dealing with other local companies.
