My All-In-One desktop all of a sudden went to a black screen. I took it first down to the Geek squad at Best Buy in Colorado Springs. They didnt even look at it and wanted to charge $99 to remove my data. I decided to take it to PC Touch-up Diagnostics was free. It ended up my computer had over heated and needed a new part. Parts and labor was $274. Best Buy offered to show me a new computer. Zack was amazing! I highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely fantastic service! Zach was friendly, knowledgeable and professional when processing our order to repair our PC and answering our questions. He was quick doing diagnostics and had our computer ready for pick up the next day! We definitely plan to use his services for future repairs and upgrades.

Great shop, very friendly service. I had a problem with a cracked mother board and they fixed it within minutes. I first brought it to another shop in Colorado Springs who wanted to charge me an outrageous price... These guys seem very trustworthy and truly care about building a loyal customer base.

Zak helped me with my problem quickly and efficiently, there was a fairly complicated issue with my computer but he still managed a quick turn around. The only issue I had was that they did not have the part I needed so I had to get it from a 3rd party.
