Both Brian and Cameron are great! Aside from their professionalism and technical expertise - these guys do a great job and within a reasonable amount of time. I can easily tell both of them really enjoy what they do just by talking to them. And it feels nice for once being treated as a real customer instead of just a number as you find with most businesses nowadays. Unfortunately, places like Rocky Mountain PC are a dying breed and it would be absolutely awesome to see more people giving the smaller shops their business, which is the main reason for my review. Also -- if youre a gamer like me, I highly suggest you talk to Brian and Cameron if youre considering a new gaming rig. These guys will give you the straight and skinny on what will perform for your needs and do it within budget - Unlike most places that just try to sell you components they carry. Besides, there is nothing better than discussing what you are looking for with people who share the same interests and who know what theyre talking about. In short, Rocky Mountain PC is good and they deserve your business. So before calling the Geek Squad or some other big brand name company - get in touch with Rocky Mountain PC first! Theyre timely, professional, courteous, fun to talk to, and competitively priced....Period! **UPDATE** I specifically wanted a gaming pc for sim racing so I went to Bryan for another custom setup. I wasnt disappointed. Im running a liquid cooled AMD 9590 with a GTX 970 for my triple screen set up in iRacing, R3E, Assetto Corsa and Game Stock Car Extreme and all games run flawless and look amazing! Build quality is as always professional and fast. My first gaming pc I purchased from Bryan at RMPC is still running strong and is basically still a beast with todays current games. Rocky Mountain PC is highly recommended in my book for all of your computer needs.

PHENOMENAL! I originally contacted our POS software company Thurs after lunch when the server crashed. We were panicked! We only have 1 POS and we are a retail sports store. We were told to replace the hard drive and I needed someone who could come here. We found a local company repair place that would come in. They were very responsive, came over and replaced the hard drive. Then the POS company got on and started to put our POS software back on. I left at 8:45 last night and they were still working on it. But our data was on the crashed hard drive and I still needed to retrieve it. Thats why I went to Bryan today after 2:30 - to get the data off of my bad drive. Then to give it to the POS people to load. Bryan said " why dont you just let me take the crashed hard drive and put it on a new one so you can just get back to where you were when it crashed?" SAY WHAT?!? Neither our POS software company or the local repair place mentioned doing that. As of 6:00 tonight the POS company was still working on loading their software on the "new" hard drive. Then they were going to start on the data. At approx 6:15 Bryan brought in a new SSD with our whole program, took the "new" hard drive out, plugged the SSD in and we back up and in business!! That took about 10 minutes. By the way, the "new" hard drive from the local repair company was a used one from an HP from 2012!!! I WILL ALWAYS CALL BRYAN FIRST FROM NOW ON!! He saved us so much stress and money! He was half the price the POS company quoted just for uploading software. Believe me - dont call around - just go to Bryan!

Highly recommended Rocky Mountain PC!

My experience with RMPC was amazing. I was kind of skeptical at first as I am not a computer geek. I had broken my screen on my lap top and wanted an estimate. I walked in and Brian and Cameron welcomed me in. After looking at it They gave me honest options, I could get it fixed at roughly 200, I could trade it with credit towards another, or I could do a desk top. I have a husband with a strict budget and I am excruciating slow at making decisions. Brian patiently talked me through the difference in solid state and Hard drives and the difference in the quality of PC for gaming and one for simple surfing. He was way over my head with a lot of it, but kept making sure I was understanding what he said. He was amazing. Cameron and Brian were both down to earth and in the end we decided to trade in and they stood by their word. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt that they cared. I walked away feeling that they were honest and trustworthy. I have never dealt with such great people. I dont say this lightly as it takes a lot to win me over, I would strongly recommend Rocky Mountain PC even if your a big time computer "geek" they have awesome deals and once I talk my husband into increasing my budget I am going back to these guys to build me my own. LOVED THEM.

I highly recommend Rocky Mountain PC for computer issues. They were very knowledgeable as to what was happening with my laptop. Explained my options and the cost involved in real world language that I could understand. The repair was completed in a timely fashion (within 24 hours) and better than I had imagined. They took the time to explain what had been repaired and how to work many of applications that I had no clue how to use. Also, I was interested in learning more about an external backup system for my files. They were able to explain how they work as well as help me determine which one fits my needs. To top it off they taught me how to use the back up system by backing up my system for me. I left the store with my working laptop, new found knowledge on how to use my system, and finally a piece of mind that my precious pictures and files will not be lost the next time I unwittingly download a virus!!! Thank you Rocky Mountain PC!!!!!

quite simple: 1) it is a pleasure to have a technician that LISTENS. 2) After completion of discussion, having the technician ask questions to understand the problem thoroughly 3) To offer different options for repair 4) to discuss the options prior to telling me the down and dirty fix. 5) Cameron, the tech, is not only capable but also knowledgable and is not afraid to share that knowledge. The "fix" was not that easy, but Cameron conquered it with great perfection. A little time consuming but well worth the wait. After verifying operation, telling me that if there is any questions or problems that he would be glad to assist, even on the phone. Dont get that anymore at most places. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for the help

Worst place ever of course they are nice but I brought our computer in because it was shutting down for no reason. They said it was because of the power supply but they also wanted to do a tune up and clean up then three days later they hadnt called so I called to see if the computer was ready and they told me that now the mouse and keyboard wouldnt work when they installed everything. Now you tell me I send a still working computer in just to figure out why its randomly shutting down and now the keyboard and mouse dont work!!!!! They literally wanted to charge me more money for something they broke and refused to fix it otherwise. Ill never go there again and I suggest you dont either if I could give less stars I would
