As a tech with over 10 years of experience, Fast-teks offered me a job while I was unemployed and job hunting earlier this year. Fast-teks is locally owned and operated. Having worked for many businesses in the past both large and small, including a large electronics retail store support team, this is one of the best places I have worked. Its nice to know the owners of the business and be able to have direct input that impacts the business which in turn impacts our clients and local community. The prices are very reasonable for having a tech come out to your location and not have to take your computer to a shop. The owners are also very understanding and willing to work with businesses and residential clients to find solutions that fit their individual needs rather than a one service fits all approach. Give Fast-teks a try for your computer and technology needs! Ive stuck with them even after other employers have called me back on my resume because the owners really are awesome people.

Leah Witt, Area Director of Fast-teks, and her team took care of my worrisome laptop issues with ease and efficiency. My computer starting running excruciatingly slow, and I was super worried that I had a virus. Plus, I hadn’t got around to backing up my files and thought I’d lost a ton of work. On top of all that, I had a very important power point presentation that I needed my computer for and wanted to be sure all was going to go well with the technology. Leah’s team was able to work on my laptop while I was at a meeting so I didn’t miss a beat during my work day. After they finished servicing and cleaning up my computer, I had complete peace of mind knowing all was well with my computer especially while giving my presentation. I cant thank Paul enough for his help. What a wonderful teacher!!! He was so very polite, respectful and so very, very helpful, never got frustrated when I would not immediately "catch on". He made sure that I understood the procedure before moving on to another phase in the learning process. He hooked up my printer and showed me how to use it, including processing photographs. If all your helpers are as good as he, you must be a very lucky company. Please keep Paul around, he is a wonderful advertisement for your company. Again my thanks to you and especially to Paul. Tech was prompt and professional and was able to download my hard drive to an external device and save my data. However, I was a bit surprised when he tried charging me $130 for the external device that he downloaded my information to. Luckily, I know a little about computers and suggested a USB flash drive instead $20. Now, my main concern is that the technician left with the external hard drive that he downloaded my information to and has all of my company information. I have contacted the main office from website and have asked them to call me ASAP to remedy. I will let you know how it all comes out.

Paul was a great computer technician and despited the title of the company was able to help me with my Mac laptop. He knew things to check on my hard drive to help it run faster. Also pointed out somethings I didnt notice like the fan running loudly. He showed me how to alter settings in Firefox to get rid of some of the toolbars I didnt need any more. He was able to also explain why some programs ran they way they did with their little annoyances. He was courteous and did the job in a timely manner.

It was hard for us make that first call to have a computer guy come out, We finally did, and found the stresses of computer problems weigh far more than the money and time spent trying to fix it ourselves. Im way more productive with things like this off my plate. Im obviously a big fan of Pauls. That commercial "Call Paul". Im not even sure who that is........Im pretty sure this is who their talking about. Thanks again.

Wow! Had and emergency Friday morning with a computer that wouldnt start and Paul was here that morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and while we chatted, I learned a lot about my system and computers in general. He kept excellent track of time so the cost was fair and reasonable. After this experience, Im definitely considering their maintenance plan for my business.

My first time experience with Fast-teks was positive, exceeding my expectations. Due to my schedule, Paul (the technician) only had about 1/2 the time normally scheduled. He fixed my problem so quickly that he diagnosed and cleaned a second computer in the allotted time. Fast-teks has moved to the top of my speed dial!

I recently had these guys upgrade our IT system at my company. They built 2 new rock-solid, super fast PCs for our designers, upgraded another PC, and got everything up and running with no issues. They came in over the weekend to not disrupt things during work hours. Highly recommend!
