I have been to this location twice and in both instances I was very disappointed with the level of knowledge of the individual I was talking with. The first occasion was when I was wanting to purchase a computer. According to sign the sign the computer had 2 GB of memory; however when looking at the memory installed on the motherboard it had two separate RAM modules installed which were both labeled at 2 GB. When I asked about the inconsistency between what I saw installed and what I was told the sales person offered to boot the machine up so we could check to see how much RAM was registering. When the system booted up it simply hung up and then blue screened. He said they could look at the system and figure out what was wrong with it and let me know when it was fixed. I also notices that the video card was DVI and I wanted to be certain it was not DVI-A so I could use the system with my monitor that has built in speakers. DVI-D/DVI-I both have an audio channel so if you go from DVI-D/I from the computer (out) to HDMI on the monitor (in) then you get both video and audio. Thats when a tech decided to come over and say that no DVI has audio out, which is false as this is how I have my system for years when connected to this monitor. In other word DVI has audio out but no audio in, so if you go from DVI out to DVI in you have no audio but if you go from DVI out to another digital media such as HDMI that support audio in you will. The second time I wen there I was simply look for a eSATA (external SATA) cable, in which I was told that SATA and eSATA are the same cable. This is not the case as a SATA cable uses and L style connector while eSATA uses an I style connection. The reason major difference being one is shaped like an L and the other is straight like how we normally see the uppercase I. I have a hard time trusting a place that gives wrong information to their customers. While I am not in the hardware business, I do have over 15 years technical experience and expect anyone working in the field to understand the systems they are working on.

**HIGHLY OVERPRICED** I have been building computers for over 10 years and just recently moved to the area. Figured I would stop by and check the place out to see what their stock looks like incase I need something quick in the future. I was also going to buy a new GTX 1080 if they had it in stock. At first when I walked in the store it looked like it was full of old junk and not much of anything I would ever be interested in. Walked around the store and continued to see old junk. I asked if they had any GTX 1080s and was told no. Finally I found two HIGHLY OVERPRICED gaming rigs in the corner on display. One of the two actually had the exact video card I was looking for in it, a Gigabyte G1 GTX 1080, and the box for it was even sitting on top of the tower. I asked if they would sell me the card out of the computer and at first was told no, then the guy said yes and had to go look up the price. They wanted $999 for this Gigabyte G1 GTX 1080. This exact card is priced at $619 on newegg and various other online retailers. THAT IS A $380 MARKUP. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE?? I will never return to this place for anything and I hope everyone that reads this stays far from it.

I am a manager at radio shack and for a few years I have been looking for a computer repair store to send perspective customers to. Upon then having issues with my motherboard, I found PC Brokers online. Upon calling PC Brokers it was put forth as though it would be looked at immediately and given an estimate for repair. Upon driving 25 minutes to arrive at the store, the first guy looked as though he did not enven know what a computer was. The second guy told me I would have to wait a minimum of a week for them to even check or look at my motherboard. My fix should have been a fairly simple look for these guys to go over especially considering I could narrow down the problem for them but they told me no and continued to help another guy in the corner showing him how to use windows. They were in no way apologetic and lost not only me as a customer but all of my potential customers.

I had to make sure my computer was working properly before I submitted this review. But I am happy to say that this store has fixed my issue and my computer is working again. I went in Monday to see what was wrong with my PC and one of the guys his name is Chris that was working behind the desk was very very helpful and did not charge me a dime. He applied free thermal paste to my CPU and all my games are not overheating my computer anymore. If you are a gamer go to this store. These guys will understand your frustration and try to help without charging you. They will only recommend parts that you honestly should get if you have garbage Hardware. Best PC store in Colorado Springs time to collect some souls!!!!

I dont comment often, but these guys are awesome. Best buy was going to charge 100$ for diagnostic,they did it for free. I was even told by the geek squad at best buy to go to pc brokers! As soon as I entered the store they went to work troubleshooting my bios and motherboard issues where I left off. They quickly determined all it needed was a bios flash reset and hooked everything back up and sent me on my way free of charge. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, and capable of tackling issues big companies like best buy shy away from! Id give them 10 stars if I could!

We have experienced some major technical issues over the last year. We turned to PC Brokers after other companies asked for thousands of dollars to fix our issues. Chris, at PC Brokers, understood our issues and created a solution for far less than what competitors wanted. When we brought the machine back to our office, we being not so tech savvy, had to call for help in getting the new machine networked with the others. Chris arrived in twenty minutes and has us up and running! I cannot thank you enough for listening to our needs and creating a custom solution.

What an amazing shop! Everyone there very knowledgeable. My hard drive crashed, they ordered a larger one for the cost of the smaller install, plus cleaned up and ran virus scan for no additional. Brought in a second one. They fixed the sound, headphone jack plus fixed wiring, ran virus & malware scan, plus repaired CD Drive for only minimal labor charge. Very fast turn around, well priced, polite and everything works great. You have earned me as a customer, and I teach technology.

Either their knowledge is lacking intelligent or they will lie to sell you parts. Beware Beware Beware... Do your homework before buying from these guys. They will tell you what they want you to hear just to sell you computer parts. Went to Denver/Micro Center to buy what I needed.. I have purchased my last part from these guys. I also had a great experience with CompuXparts.. they will get on the computer while discussing computer parts just to review them with you.
