My internet stopped working due to a problem with my computer, ot my network. Im fairly tech savvy and was pretty sure I knew what it was but didnt have the time to mess with it. I called Amber and told her my dilemma. She said bring it in and Ill do a free diagnostic. She also quoted me a price for the repair if my suspicions were correct. I brought my computer to her that day. She was also very honest and said if she couldnt figure it out, or if the problem was more involved, shed call me and let me know right away. She called a couple hours later and confirmed my suspicions. I was happy to know that, unlike many other companies, she didnt try to convince me there were a bunch of other, more complicated problems. She only charged $35 dollars for her time and the fix and my computer was ready the same day. I highly recommend Brighton Computer Repair and will definitely go there again if I need repairs for my computer.

The techs at Brighton Computer repair have phenomal customer service and catered to all of my technical needs. I needed to upgrade my desktop and back it up and they did an excellent job of retaining all of the documents I needed for work, and they also repaired missing screws for my video card free of charge as well as doing a full clean of the inside of my tower. I was so pleased with my experience when my laptop screen broke I brought it here and received a beautiful repair on my laptop screen, keyboard, and battery for less than I was quoted for just replacing the screen! I will not take my computers any where else for service.

Our computer came back with a windows key that tech support told us was blacklisted for piracy. Our key WAS valid BEFORE repair and we highly suspect that they took our valid windows key. We never saw the husband and they insisted on our leaving our PCs with them . I recommend avoiding them.
