The technician Dane Rose arrived at our home precisely on time. We have had several other people look at my wifes laptop but with no success. This young gentleman diligently spent several hours while very patiently taking it apart and thoroughly explaining to us what he was doing with the faulty inner workings and hardware( we are NOT very tech-savy). He repaired it; and its now running like a Swiss watch. We had decided we were going to ditch her computer but not anymore. This young man is truly phenomenal and masterfully knows his craft. Five stars!!
