I have used Joseph with Computer Maintenance & Upkeep more times than I can remember. He has come to my office, fixed my computer over the phone remotely, and fixed my Moms computer (in CT) remotely. He is truly a rare breed...he does NOT talk over your head with all kinds of computer jargon and is exceptionally patient answering questions until you understand whats going on. Hes also very helpful with suggestions on how you can be more effective with your computing needs; I now have a 2-screen work station that is working out exceptionally. I am thrilled to have found his services, use him on a regular (more regular than I would like to admit) basis, and have referred him multiple times. His prices are reasonable and competitive and his customer service is outstanding.

I have known Joseph for over 2 years now. I live in Utah, so all the work he has done for me, on my lap top, has been done remote. His knowledge, and ability to diagnose, and make repairs to my Windows programs, never ceases to amaze me. He is very thorough, and efficient. His prices are more than fair.
