It all started when my laptop wouldnt connect to the internet, so I decided to fix it myself. The good news is no one was hurt. The bad news is I managed to make all my data disappear. And I still couldnt access the internet or even log in to my user account. I figured my laptop was ruined, so I decided to take it to a computer mechanic to see if I could get the data recovered. I called Complete PC Support. Vince was friendly and courteous on the phone and gave me clear, straight forward answers to all my questions. A couple days later he called me back and not only had he recovered all my data, he had fixed the overheating problem, which he informed me was probably the cause of the issue in the first place. The laptop now runs faster than ever with no overheating. For comparison, I also called another computer repair service. I wont use any names here but lets just call them Geek Team. No, thats too obvious. Lets call them Dork Squad. When I called the Dork Squad I was put on hold while a representative became available. After five minutes or so I spoke to a representative who told me it would cost $49.99 to diagnose the problem and another $200 for data recovery. Complete PC Support diagnosed it for free and did everything for a fraction of the price the Dork Squad would have charged. They even replaced a missing screw on my screen for no extra charge. Thank you Complete PC Support. I cant remember my computer ever running this well!

Pretty awful customer service form the moment I walked in. I introduced myself and stated my name, tried to get to know the guy, but the attitude was a sort of cocky, arrogant, belittling type that wasnt approachable and seemed frustrated at you asking questions. Anyway, I went ahead and checked my machine in regardless wanting to give the place a shot after all the glowing reviews on here. I got a call back in a few days with the work that needed to be done and was going to move ahead with the repairs-no problems so far at all. I called back the next day to discuss me dropping off the parts needed, additional costs, etc..but was interrupted in mid-sentence so the guy could order a burrito. He told me "hold on a sec please" and ordered his bean and cheese or whatever. I was surprised but still went ahead to try and do business, telling him I would drop off the parts needed once they arrived so he could do the installs. He said "you can do whatever you want" (doesnt sound like someone working for your business) and after that I promptly went to pick up my computer and brought it to compuxparts, who immediately checked it same day (in front of me on the bench answering all questions I had) and were just all around awesome. They are also cheaper for installs and I would recommend them over Complete PC Support. Some people have had good experiences here and I simply did not.

I recently took my laptop to Complete PC Support to have an error message reviewed and a diagnostic test performed. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the gentleman who assisted me with the drop off procedures. He reviewed Complete PC Support policies and discussed possible repair paths if the error message proved viable. I really liked the fact that the gentleman offered to contact me with the diagnostic results and further discuss my options. This meant that the company had a greater interest in helping their customers rather than charging them for unnecessary services. Complete PC Support fulfilled this offer and contacted me once the diagnostic test was complete. I was given information on the status of my laptop, how much repairs would cost, and they answered all my questions without hesitation. I was also contacted once the repairs were complete and during pickup, the gentleman at the front desk offered to answer any additional questions I had. As a result of the constant contact, impressive level of customer respect, and improved functionality of my laptop, I would happily recommend Complete PC Support to anyone experiencing computer trouble. If I have any issues in the future, I will be a repeat customer without hesitation.

I took my laptop to this guy to repair the screen as it went out and it was only 1.5 years old. I was using my laptop for months with a external monitor hooked up (basically set up as a desktop). The day I dropped it off I had been using it, powered it down normally and brought it too his office. It took him over three weeks to fix the screen and when I got this laptop back from him I brought it home and it would turn on! I called and set up an appointment to meet back with him and he was 15 minutes late even opening the store. He refused to take responsibility for the laptop, saying he "only replaced the screen". I took the laptop to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and determined the motherboard issue. They felt it had to be dropped or somehow mishandled to blow the motherboard as this doesnt happen to a computer any other way with the power off. Again the laptop was working perfectly up to the moment I dropped it off. THIS GUY IS A CROOK. Beware.

They did a thorough job and for less than the price that I was quoted. I purchased a refurbished Lenovo tower desktop recently with the intent to upgrade many of the components. I was able to do most of the tasks myself but there were some things that I was unable to do and the system started displaying several problems, such as beeping on start up before turning off. I took my computer into Complete PC Support with a list of requests, which they discussed with me. They gave me a reasonable price quote and a time estimate; the services took longer but cost less than I had anticipated and the computer runs well with its updated drivers and BIOS as well as the new solid state drive that I had them install. If I need any computer work done in the future, this is the place.

If there were MORE stars for this small business I would give them more!!! We have struggled for a long time with finding some place we can take our computers. I am so happy we found Complete PC Support! I will NEVER take my computers anywhere else! They care about you and what your needs are. I left understanding what the issues were with my computer and why. I COMPLETELY trust Vince and his staff to work on my computers! As a matter of fact all future purchases of computers or tablets will be done here...I would even buy a refurbished machine from them, they are THAT GOOD! I have used their services twice this past year. The first time was to clean up my very old p/c of viruses, slow starts, etc. The service was fantastic, the price was exactly as quoted, the speed of service was exactly as promised. Now, I decided to shop for a newer P/C, after my 10 year old Vista was not supported by Windows. I thought I would pay to upgrade, but Vince talked me into getting a refurbished HP, warranted by HP, and saving me money in the long run. It wasnt anything to do with his profit margin, which is incredibly small. I got a bigger bang for my bucks. This is a privately owned shop and I highly trust these folks. I would not hesitate to go back for future needs. I will not shop anywhere else but here. Thx, Terry M.
