I cannot say enough positive things about Dan and his staff at Monument Computers! They are friendly, fast, efficient, competent, capable and so fair in pricing. They have done everything for me from routine maintenance to networking antiquated devices-that still work-to brand new technology. I appreciate their honest counsel about what is worth fixing and what needs replacement, though there is nothing they wont take a swing at! They all operate with an obvious high priority of customer service and even make things understandable without feeling dumb or old... very kind. I also want to support this local business and especially because Dan, the owner, serves in our military. I HIGHLY recommend them for all things computer!!

Phenomenal customer service!! I spoke with the owner, Dan, prior to dropping off my computer. The employee in the store was very patiently assisting another customer who was clueless about computers, explaining everything until they understood and had a great, friendly attitude the entire time. Once they had a chance to check out my machine, Dan was great at explaining options and prices to replace my weird sized bad hard drive, including lead time for the various hard drives to arrive. As a busy grad student I really appreciate that, not to mention he was able to fix my computer when the big box stores couldnt!

Ive had Monument computers help me over the past year with various different computer issues, installs, etc. The owner Dan Hamilton and the staff have always been extremely helpful. No question is a "dumb" question. Dan is extremely trustworthy and has helped me with multiple set ups of various work computers as well as a personal one in my home office. Monument computers even offers classes to folks to help with understanding how to use your computer better. Highly recommend them.

The best-local friendly, quick and professional. I had a terrible experience with Best Buy. Bought my laptop there a little over a year ago and had a touch pad issue. They would not even talk to me while I was there! They wanted me to make a reservation. I walked in to Monument computers. These guys do a terrific job! My hard drive was crashing, and they jumped in and quickly assessed the situation and gave me an affordable and fast solution. Purchased a used Microsoft Surface Pro 4 from Dan and couldnt be happier. Not only was he helpful while I was in the shop, helping me examine the gear, but when we both didnt notice that a charger was missing, he was very quick to find it and have it available for me to pick up the next day.
