They actually have a good business model. Location is decent, lots of parking. They do not utilize their shelf space like they should but they have it. There are 2 front counters which makes it difficult to decide which one to go to for service. I brought in my iPhone 5 to get the battery replaced. 6 days to complete the repair (they had to order the battery). $83! I only went here because a friend used to patron there regularly. I failed to do my own homework. I also failed to carefully inspect my iPhone when I picked it. Turns out the upper portion of the screen protruded above the frame. So in all: 4 trips, 4 or 5 phone calls, and 8 days to replace a cell phone battery. I later learned Cellairis - a kiosk in north wal-mart that does the same repair - same day service and would have saved me at least $23, 8 days of waiting and arguing over the price of parts and labor. Warranty? 30 days! The Apple Store in Colorado Springs 1 year. The kiosk inside wal-mart, 90 days.

Tried to return a hard Drive External enclosure would not refund because broken. I did not drop or force connections. Fragile unreliable device. The same device on ebay costs $20 new, Pueblo PC charges about $44. I wish I thought to do price comparisons before I bought this one. Wont make that mistake again. Will not be a returning customer.

Took a Kindle in for a new charging port.Broke in a day.Asked to talk to the technician numerous times and was always told he is too busy.Too busy for a customer?He wouldnt come out from behind the wall just like the Wizard of Oz. Not here to slam anyone just giving you my experience there.

I was sold an older Dell laptop that had bad battery and screen. The owner told me of a 10% "restocking fee" if I brought it back within 2 weeks. I just returned it and they charged me $53. Will never use this place again- not will any of my family

They took a couple of days which is understandable because Im sure they are very busy. But they were able to get photos off my phone for a rather good price and for that I am so thankful!!
