I went to have my Mac computer fixed. The representative was very friendly and was able to see me without an appointment. It ended up being less of a computer problem and more of a user error, so they were able to solve my problem without actually repairing it. Because they didnt actually do much with it, they didnt end up charging to my surprise! Their motto of "no repair, not cost" is unique today in the computer repair business as far as I have seen. If I had brought it to the Apple store or somewhere else, I am sure I would have paid an arm and a leg for them to "fix" it. Great customer service and I now have a working computer!

Love this place! Each and every time I work with Eric and Jeff, my experience gets better. I have taken them phones and laptops along with desktop towers. They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond professional. Prices are unmatched and they are LOCAL! Eric goes out of his way to make sure youre happy with their service, no matter how small the job. We took my sons iPhone 4 in to get the screen replaced which they did quickly and it looked great; however something got knocked loose inside and the phone started glitching. Eric wouldnt give up on the phone until everything was working perfectly again. This is an awesome small business to work with, where their aim is to make the customer happy. So refreshing. So much appreciate Simple Computers unlocking my laptop...since i couldnt remember my PW, the Owner picked up my laptop on his way to work and his Technician was able to perform magic on it.
