I accidentally knocked a cup of water onto my laptop while I was working. Excuse me, my moms laptop. Obviously I freaked out. Since Shawn just fixed it a few weeks before, I found his number and called him up right away. Immediately Shawn walked me through on what to do to make sure no damage was done to the laptop. That evening I dropped off the laptop to his place, he checked to see if there was anymore damage by the water. He even got the water out of the laptop. The next morning I picked it up and it worked just fine! Thanks to Shawn, theres no water damage to the laptop. He took apart the computer, dried out the moisture and tested every button and port of the laptop, all in less than 24 hours AND 40 bucks! I cant imagine taking this laptop anywhere else to have the same quick response, great service and less-costly check-up. Shawn is my family and my go-to computer repair guy!

Shawn was very, very helpful and very professional. What I thought was a faulty graphics card was actually a bad computer monitor with a bad color configuration. I needed a working monitor that day so he kindly switched me monitors until I can order one that I like. I do photography so my colors and resolution have to be crisp and accurate. Shawn didnt charge me anything for his time and knowledge but I will definitely use him again in the future. He was super nice and easy to talk to. He saw me on a Saturday and his business (place of residence) and was able to quickly diagnose a faulty monitor. Gave him 5 out of 5 for his customer service, knowledge, problem solving and professionalism.

I recently contacted Shawn to fix what I thought were faulty USB ports in my PC. He was able to come to my house in less than an hour and diagnose the problems (which were different than I thought). He ended up taking my tower to his shop to work on a stubborn malware virus and then brought it back and fixed my internet connectivity issues. The process took much longer than he anticipated, but the price did not change. He really went the extra mile to make sure that everything was fixed and running properly. My computer is running better than new and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Hes always provided great customer service and I use my computer for work so when my computer goes down hes always very prompt in getting it back to me fast sometimes same day depending on my issue.
