I delivered my desktop to computer solutions in one piece. Upon receiving it back all the screws to take the side of the case off were loose. The owner of the company never actually explained to me what the issue could have been, all he was doing was installing a new video card, and Im prone to think he couldnt actually figure out how to install the video card which i could have done myself but I dont need to do things like this anymore. Thats what these people are for and apparently their competency is below tightening screws. I have the feeling James just poked around in there and returned my machine working but not functional in any sense of the word. I ended up reinstalling the video card myself.

James and Paige are amazing people who know computers! They were able to recover all of our data from our computer whose hard drive was failing. Then, they were able to put it on computer that we couldnt get on ourselves because we didnt remember the password. This was done very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I stopped by Computer Solutions with a problem on my laptop. Ryan and James told me they would diagnose and let me know what would need to happen to fix the laptop. Just as told, they ran a diagnostic check and found the hard drive begining to fail. After replacing the hard drive and transferring all my past data onto the new hard drive i have my laptop back, on time, and at a very reasonable price! Thanks guys, my new "go to" computer store!

Rather its a simple solution or a complex one, James and his team are able to get any computer working. I have only allowed James to work on my computer, he has done an A+ job. No answer, so I left a detailed message including my problem & phone number. It is now 5:30 pm on Friday.... no return phone call. So, I have decided to purchase & will install a new computer myself. Caution!! Computer Solution purchased Data Medic whom I had used for many years for all of my computer issues. I wish they had purchased their work ethics as well. Needless to say I will find another computer repair company for any future issues... Be wary!!!
