Absolutely The WORST service ever. These guys (girls) are extremely Rude, and have no professionalism. The business: Unclean, noisy, cluttered, and unprofessional. I went in to get my Laptop repaired. I already new what was wrong with it, but wanted a second opinion. The woman who took my laptop in was very short with me, had little to no answers. I felt like I was bothersome and that she was talking down to me as if a child. She obviously had no idea what she was talking about, and I assumed she was only a clerk/ receptionist. Turns out she was an owner. It took them exactly 10 days to get back to me, after repeated phone calls and talking to a younger gentleman. he assured me that my laptop was being diagnosed but had no info on the status. 10 DAYS! Finally I had to show up and demanded my laptop back. The laptop was in pieces, and it took them well over an hour to put it back together, and when received it was missing screws and was not put back together. The WORST part is that ALL my data was gone, no way to recover 6 months of client information. I give as much of my business to local companies, especially since I live very close to the area. I cannot stand behind this company, or their work. I feel violated and completely taken advantage of. The owners need to get their act together and should present their business in a professional manner. I hope this will help you make an informed decision. Take your business elsewhere!

I must say that I am really impressed and very satisfied with the overall experience I had! Plus tye cost was very reasonable. I went in with my old PS3 that was not working and collecring dust since 2013 and decided to have it check out to see if it was salvageable. I also took my moms laptop that had been collecting dust the same day i took my PS3. The gentleman was very patient when I was explaining what was going on with each item I took. Time wise it did not take them long to have both items fixed and ready to. Took them around three days, which is amazing to me . I went to pick up my items today and to my surprise my old PS3 is working like brand new and seems to be a bit faster then before! I havent tried my moms laptop but if they got my aging PS3 running like new and faster then the laptop should be the same story! Thank you again! I will definitely be returning back and recommending you to friends and family! A very satisfied customer.

Horrible customer service. Owner was extremely rude to me and hung up on me when I called to find out why my computer was not repaired as promised. Jorge lied to me, said he would call me on May 5th and never called me at all. I had to call on Monday the 7th to find out what was going on with my computer, the owner told me it was ready. When I got home and turned it on, I discovered it was not completed as promised, that is when I called to find out why the repairs were not completed as promised and that is when she got rude and hung up on me. They will not honor the 90 day warranty she wrote on the paperwork and fix it properly or give me a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I disputed the charge with my bank. They are now under investigation for fraud for charging me more then the quoted price and identity theft for copying my hard drive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE FOR REPAIR, TAKE IT SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I’m not a fan of writing reviews but in this case I must voice my concern with this business. My mother brought her lap top here and they determined that the hard drive was going bad. She called me and I told her to have them replace the hard drive and send me the old drive and I would give it to a data recovery company here in Washington. We have used in the past. She went in to pick up her laptop BUT they lost her hard drive??? She went in 4 to 5 times and always they said they were still looking? Finally some lady told her they no longer had the hard drive and she was sorry? But would give her a discount on her next repair? 100’s of pictures and her personal business records LOST. She is still upset after 4 months. I wish I was there to help her. If you want unprofessional cheap service go here, If you want a professional business look elsewhere.

Writing this review in response to a negative review posted. I explained to the client that his hard drive had damage and needed replacement. I also explained that I would recover as much as possible. I called the client and explained this to him and he was ok with it. Lastly I explained that i would return his old hard drive so that he could take it to a data recovery specialist. The day he picked it up there were other clients in the store and were concerned with his behavior. He would be nice and laughing one minute and then serious and angry. From a previous conversation he stated taking multiple prescription DRUGS. We will continue to provide the best service possible to all our clients. THANKS

These guys are great!!! I brought my laptop because it wasnt turning on so they were able to save it, I had token it to a different repair shop and they said that they had to replace the whole motherboard was going to cost me about 375.00 and at renew it they repaired my motherboard for only 150.00 highly recommended. They also repaired my PS3 Yellow Light Of Death for $60.00 and repaired it within 2 days. It has been working for over 3 months now and still going strong. All around RENEW IT is a one stop electronics repair shop!!!!!!!!! Honest and upfront people and business!!!!!!!

Its obvious when people know their stuff, and these guys know their stuff. I walked away with something that will exceed my computing needs, and let me expand my Steam library a bit more :) I also got an amazing deal by any standard, which was made better by trading in some parts. Heres the truly great bit though, when I spaced out on the type of connection I needed for the monitor Im using... they gave me both. Turns out it was DVI, so when I get the chance Ill be returning the VGA.

I brought my desktop in to have it repaired because it would not come on. They ran a diagnostic and figured it was the power button that needed to be replaced. Instead of getting a new button the guy working offered to just switch the reset button with the broken power button, took maybe 5 minutes. They charged me $40 to switch buttons out on my computer. The man working on my computer was very nice, but the quotes for their prices is absurd. Will not be recommending to anyone else.
