I am 80 years old and I just got a brand new laptop, my very first one. I called Geek Choice, the first on-site computer repair company I found in the phone book – and the lady on the phone was so reassuring that I stopped right there and booked the appointment. They sent a very competent and professional young man to set up my laptop and I am loving it. I didn’t think it would be easy, but he showed me a few things and while I still have a lot of questions, I’ve found this laptop to be a pleasure to use!

I was a technician on my way to a call and forgot my Cisco cable at home. Geeks Choice showed no interest into helping me as I begged for them to send me a Cisco tech with that tool. They would not call back when asked for a status update. They promised they would. I was given no service and treated worse than a common customer because I was a tech. Money was never even brought up, nor was it an issue for me. You didnt just lose a customer, you lost a technician and a company.

This company seems fine for PC and Network setup items, however do not call them for home printer repair. The service technician shows up at the door, opens the lid to the home printer, sees that the cartridge is jammed, states that they dont fix printer jams and then charges the 1/2 hour minimum. They could have asked over the phone about the problem thereby communicating that they do not service these items before sending someone out.

DO NOT USE. Scheduled an urgent repair with them for the next day. Technician did not show up. Called and they said it had been scheduled for the next day after. Asked someone be sent out immediately, said technician would be out within the hour. Technician still did not show up, and now no answer from from any customer service person, even though there hold dialog says they are 24 hours. Unacceptable.

I had a whole task list for my Geek Choice PC repair technician and he ran through them one by one. He also showed me how to use my all in one printer, which I never could fully grasp until then. These people are the real deal.

They worked on my computer and now it does run faster. They also gave me alot of tips and information on buying a new computer or Ipad. The Tech that came to my house was very informative and courteous.
