April 19, 2016 Dear Computer USA Store: This week I was working on Los Angeles and had a disaster occurred the night before flying back to Denver with my computer. I promptly left a voice message that night after the work day about the computer problem and Saroj heard it the next morning while I was flying and when I landed the late afternoon, he was already prepared to deal with it even before I landed in Denver. Namely, I landed at Denver International Airport on late Friday afternoon and immediately went to your store before I even got home because I needed the computer for this weekend. What made this thing difficult was Windows would not boot up and it locked before all the desk icons were loaded and the desktop was useless as was the computer. You immediately set the computer up with testing software and found where the problem which was indeed in the registry of the computer with no hardware problems detected. Because of your testing software, your diagnostic testing was not only accurate but it was time-saving because your store is closed for weekends in the winter season if you had not been able to fix it at that moment late Friday afternoon!!!! Over the years I have used your store since the 1990s for my personal business needs and as the IT teacher at Carmody Middle School in Jefferson County Schools and I must admit that youre the only store I go to because you are not only professional, accurate and reasonably priced for both parts and labor, but your service with a smile is always warmly appreciated. And above all, your work stands out as exemplary in maintaining my business over the years, particularly in flawless trouble-shooting hardware and operating systems along software installation errors. Thank you for being available when I needed you most and above all being able to handle the technical demands and resolution for me in such a timely manner. If there is any referrals that you might need for potential customers, do not hesitate to ask because I have been purchasing computers from you for nearly 20 years (no less than 30 computers) and I have always been exceptionally well taken care of. I have written recommendations for you before but because of what happened yesterday, I feel it necessary to update my recommendation for your services because whenever you solve a problem my business and I are extremely grateful for the VIP assistance that makes your service so essential for people who live and die by the health of their computers. Thank you thank you thank you for all that you do. In closing, a "Friend In Need, is a Friend Indeed = USA Computers!" August 7, 2011 Nothing but high praises for USA Computer City, INC because their service represents a top-notch professional comany along with pricing that is always highly attractive to consumers. Over the last ten year, I have purchased dozens of desktop and laptop computers and have been very, very pleased. Laptop repairs is one their priority specialities along with selling refurbused used computers that work with warranty service included. My school has also purchased many refurbished computers from them and churches likewise that I have recommended. I am a retired computer and music teacher with 43 years in the Denver-area Colorado public schools and can easily recognize a "Golden" referral. I hate to leave this place a bad review, since the owner, Saroj, is a nice guy, but its been nothing but trouble since I first asked them to do work on my laptop. I brought my laptop to them to have the screen replaced since it got broken. First they replaced the screen with a cheaper lower resolution screen. I called them up and brought it back and they said "oh most people want the cheaper screens." For the price difference I had the screen swapped out with the higher resolution one, but it took 3 weeks to get it back, and I had to call a couple times to inquire about the status. Granted, I told them when we started that I wasnt in a big hurry, but 3 weeks is a little excessive just to replace a screen. I brought the laptop home and that night I noticed the new screen they had installed had a blue dead pixel right in the middle of the screen that was very annoying. I brought it back in and showed it to them, and they said theyd replace it, but that I could hold onto my laptop until they got the new screen in. Its clear to me now that they never intended to replace the screen again despite the dead pixel. I didnt hear for them for a week and a half, so I stopped by again, and the assistant gave me some run around about how the owner wasnt there and he hadnt seen him for awhile, and only the owner could order a new screen for my laptop. I stopped in 3 more times over the next 2 weeks and got the same response that Saroj wasnt in, and I couldnt get my laptop fixed. Finally when I stopped in I found Saroj the owner there, and asked him what the status of my order was. He hadnt ordered it, and said that the assistant hadnt told him that I had stopped by and needed my screen replaced (even though I had initially talked to Saroj when I first brought my laptop back). He gave me his card and asked me to text him the model of my laptop so he could order a new one, which he said he was going (by now) a month ago. I texted him the model of my laptop and never heard back from him. I have since given up on trying to get them to replace the defective screen and learned to live with the annoying dead pixel. Additionally, I have since noticed that they damaged the shell of my laptop when they were replacing the screen, and it is peeling apart now. That said, I will never go back there for anything. I used a local store to support local small businesses, because I wanted a faster turnover speed than sending it to the factory, and because the store was rated highly on Google+. In retrospect, the it would have been much faster to ship it back to the factory, and I would have gotten much better service. :-(

I am not really into review things... unless I am very unsatisfied with the service I get, usually. However, littel different story here. I just could not stop thanking USA Computers, so here I am. I am a software engineer myself, working in Denver, Broomfield, and Boulder area for verity of clients. Had some issues with one of my laptops (with sensitive data in it). I called and stopped by a couple of BIG GUYS in town, but wasnt really ready to spend what they were asking for. Because of the data, and the urgency of it’s retrieval, I almost had no choice. Yet, I wasn’t really ready to spend as much (and definitely could not wait for a week). With not much hope, I Googled for some local repair shop who could help me fix the machine and retrieve my data as well. Spoke to the gentleman over the phone, briefly told him my issue with Vista. He sounded pretty knowledgeable and full of people skill. He did not tell me about how much would it cost or anything without me having the laptop taken over to shop. I was in dilemma whether I should give a shot or simply take my machine to the Best Buy. Luckily, I was working in my Denver Client’s on-site project about 6 miles from USA. I went to drop my machine off on the same day that I called during lunch hour. Got it fixed on the same day, picked it up around six after work. The guy appeared pretty helpful. In fact, he was waiting in the store for me to stop by and pick the laptop up, even after a couple of minutes later than 6 pm (their store closing hour). He patiently went over what was wrong with it. Best part, I was charged almost one third of what I was quoted by others. I was happy working at my clients place very next day morning with no issues. I have taken two other machines to Saroj, and have gotten upgraded them. I found just about what I needed, prompt, wonderful service with warranty, for reasonable price. Steven Lakewood
