If you have yet to have a personal yoga instruction experience, do it NOW with Brittany - a truly exceptional Baptiste yoga instructor in the Denver area! To anyone who feels new to yoga or in need of more specific instruction and assisted posturing to push you beyond your default methods, I highly encourage you to invest in yourself and schedule a one-on-one session with Brittany! I am filled with gratitude for her because not only is her one-on-one instruction affordable (Im a teacher), but I LEARNED so much about my body, alignment, and how to find my fullest expression in each pose. She helped me enter each session with my own clear intention and I left with an full, smiling heart. Throughout my one-on-one time, Brittany made me feel strong, powerful, and brave - I still cant believe that I am now raising my feet up into tripod headstand all by myself! I was fortunate to have Brit instruct me for two, 1-hour, one-on-one classes over the course of two weeks and Im almost kicking myself for not having her all to myself sooner! After practicing what I thought was correct posturing and poses for the last year, Brittany opened my mind and body up to the correct postures and alignment - I can especially feel the difference when taking all of my warrior poses, when moving through vinyasa planks and upward dogs, and when moving into my backbends. Having her assist and manipulate my body throughout the entire practice has been eye-opening! Baptiste yoga is her jam and it shows in her commitment to her students and in her natural vitality as a teacher! There were moments where I didnt believe I could stay in a pose or learn how to move to the next option, but Brit uses clear language to help me make sense of the movement and she is incredibly well-versed in assisting so that I could feel the full expression of the pose. My top two highlights were the laughter we shared when I accomplished the impossible and the nice back and neck massage while I was breathing in pigeon. Such a worthwhile experience... cant wait for my next session with Brit!!

I feel so fortunate to have found Container Collective Yoga. It is so much more than just a studio to take yoga classes - Brittany has created a genuinely warm, welcoming, supportive community for yogis of all ages and experience levels. There are always fun events and activities going on, from workshops to guest teachers, book clubs, community bike rides, mala making, healthy happy hour, classes with live DJ...youll never get bored! The classes and teachers are phenomenal and varied: power flow, slow flow, gentle, restorative, and more. Ive also taken a couple of private lessons with Brittany and she knows how to both help you honor where your body is now and show you how to see the potential in yourself for your personal growth as a yogi. I cannot recommend Container Collective Yoga enough - becoming a part of the community there has enriched my life physically, mentally, and spiritually. Much gratitude to Brittany and all the teachers at CCYoga!

I really enjoy coming to CCYoga -- Brittany is such an amazing instructor with the warmest heart -- she has definitely created a welcoming community for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. I have tried many other yoga studios/styles, and really like the Baptiste style that most of the instructors teach here. Ive just completed my 1-year anniversary here at CCYoga and have seen significant improvements in my life -- not just physical improvements (increase in strength, flexibility, & balance), but more importantly, I sleep better & can let go of work/life stress more easily now. What you learn on the mat, you find yourself applying in daily life -- without realizing it, I find myself breathing deeply just like in the beginning of yoga class when I face a difficult situation and breathe through it instead of freaking out. I look forward to continuing to grow with CCYoga!

Container Collective is where I go to flow in Colorado. I get out of each class whatever I put in. Brittany is managing the studio in such a unique way by providing classes that contain a warm room, cool beats, lots of laughter, and, my personal favorite, two friendly pups to greet you at the end of class. My favorite class to attend is the heated power flow by Brittany. I have never experiend a class led by her where I have not laughed during the flow and not learned something new. I also find that I leave the class with a new perspective on things. Another thing that is neat about this studio is that Russ creates bamboo bikes and hosts bike building workshops for everyone! When Im in the market for my next bike I will definitely be trying this out. Ive never heard of a business like this one and am so happy that I discovered it. You will be too.

Brittany Hopkins was my first full time yoga teacher, she inspired me in ways I can’t even begin to describe. She helped me overcome many obstacles both on and off the mat. She was my inspiration to become a yoga teacher, which I now am. She allowed me to step up and help lead the class sometimes and be an example for those who needed guidance. She is a true gift to the world and I will forever be grateful for all that she has taught me. She was not only my yoga and dance teacher, but she is a friend and roll model. Brittany let me shine my light when before I knew how bright it was. I can honestly say, I would not be the yoga teacher I am now, without having a yoga teacher like her. Anyone that is gifted with the opportunity to be a student of hers, is truly blessed. Sarah W.

I ride it everyday!! Did a class with my dad awhile back, it was an awesome way to bond over the weekend. I put an average of 78-100mi on the single-speed bike (yes, even in the cold). If you are a hardcore biker this is for you, if your cool and dont drink and drive this is for you, if you like building things this is for you, if you like beer, bikes and being outside youve probably already built one!!! Russ is a great guy and one hell of a mentor, Brittany has a wonderful energy and will take pictures so you can prove you actually built it yourself. Ava the dog loves her frisbee. Come down and join the bamboo bike cult...no... revolution!!! Make all the kids on your block and your childish coworkers jealous of your superior, renewable, hand-built, piece of art!!!

In my experience, the success and likelihood of me returning back for class after class is directly tied to the instructor. I’d done my fair share of yoga in multiple cities before moving to Denver to start over. The first practice I had when my feet landed on the ground here was with Brittany, and I’m so thankful for that! She’s helped me get back into a daily practice and is the patient, kind and knowledgeable yogi I wish everyone could experience. Whether you’re a beginner, someone getting back into the swing of things, or looking to try Baptiste yoga as something different, I cannot recommend Brittany enough! Awesome flow, kind spirit and incredibly customer-service oriented. Hope to see you on the mat!

I just moved to Denver and was looking for a new yoga studio. Not just a place to work out, but a place to find a community and share and grow my practice. I was so blessed to find this amazing studio. Brittany and the entire teacher team is so welcoming and wonderful. Classes are fun and challenging and I always leave feeling like the best version of myself. Several of the instructors teach in the Baptiste inspired structure which is amazing, putting both the physical and meditation practices in. There are so many wonderful workshops and events as well. Whether youve never tried yoga OR you are a seasoned yogi, this place is a gem. You truly feel like youre at home in this wonderful community.
