I heard about Kindness through Lindsay Gonzalez. I have been using your studio in Golden during winter break when there are no yoga classes at CSM. All your instructors have been very friendly, helpful and competent. Your studio is beautiful and open yet intimate. My goal is to experience as many new instructors and as much different yoga as possible until life gets back to normal after the holidays. Thank you for the wonderful 30 for $30 deal.

This place is amazing! Their website can be pretty confusing, but we went in and talked to some people there and they were so helpful. Jen Hicks (shes awesome) does private lessons at this location, which I never found on the website, and she and all the other instructors Ive had have been great. I came in with no previous experience and the classes are so good at helping you find what feels good to you in that moment.

Went to Lindsay Gonzalezs class last night and was blown away at how amazing her teaching skills were. The studio is welcoming, clean and easily located in downtown Golden. I just signed up for the introductory 30 days for $30 and Im excited to go everyday for the next month.
