Great gym with lots of options to choose from to get your daily sweat. The only con of this gym is that they require you to have your membership ID on you every time you go. They have the ability to look it up, and staff to do it. Other than that logistical con, almost everything else is a pro. They have all the traditional things, like the treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, and bike. They also have weight lifting options. They have a free weights area with benches and bars and a machine assisted weight lifting area with the newest machine weight lifting technology. They have two aerobics rooms, one of which has a projector that can play a workout video of your choice. You can choose between Zumba, Pilates, or even Kickboxing, among others. Their aerobics rooms come stocked with bikes, mats, jump ropes, balance balls, weighted balls, and steps. They also have a rock climbing wall, two raquetball rooms, and a full size basketball court. Additionally they offer group classes (included with the membership) and private training sessions (for an additional fee). The staff is always cordial and encouraging. Ive never had a bad experience here.

I have been a member here for several years. I workout mostly with the weight machines, treadmills etc., and they keep them clean and in good repair. In addition to the wide selection of weight machines, there is a large free weight area, lap pool, steam room and full locker room facilities with secure lockers available. A family membership is around $70 per month.

So much to do here! On the ground level there is the locker rooms, gymnasium, Olympic pool, sitting area, and cafe. Tucked into a little nook is an Olympic lifting and spinning room. Upstairs has all the treadmills, rowing machine, stationary machines, free weights, racks, and it also included the rock climbing wall and racket ball rooms.

Good gym. However, frustrated that management treats members like they are undergraduate students (example: you must have your card to get in, even though they have all your information and a photo at their fingertips). Wish I didnt have to pay them and they would have to compete for my business.

Great staff, and a great facility! There is so much equipment available that I never have to wait for a machine, even at peak times. The towels arent the best I have ever used, but at least they provide them. Overall, a good place for a good sweat.

I want to say its overpriced, but considering the size of the facility, as well as the scope and quality of the equipment, I have to say its a great gym.

Clean, not crowded and plenty of activities (basketball, free weights, machines, treadmill, stairsteppers, pool, racquetball, wall climb, etc.)

Its a good faculty, but its on the small side. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because they dont have a track.

A clean, big, gym. Lots of equipment and spaces to do whatever it is that you want to do.

Great all-inclusive gym, just a bit pricey for the area and limited hours.
