After interviewing five agents we asked Dave Umphress to be our realtor. He came to our initial meeting fully prepared with market comps and a detailed breakdown of what it would cost us to sell. He advised us on what we needed to do in order to get our home market ready. He answered every phone call, every text, every email quickly. Dave showed us what seemed like a million homes (it was probably 10-12) in the Denver metro area and encouraged us when we felt like wed never find the perfect home for us. And then when we abruptly decided to move out of state Dave still helped us secure a reputable agent in Dallas and kept up on every step of the process to make sure our home purchase in Texas went smoothly. When it came time to list our house Dave gave great input about list price. Because of Daves excellent marketing strategy, over the course of two days we had 55 scheduled tours of our home. Dave secured 5 offers, all at asking price or above, and we were Under Contract in less than 72 hours for well above our asking price! The inspection process and negotiations went as smooth as could be and closing was completely uneventful. I have recommended Dave to our personal friends and neighbors, one of which has already hired him. I would happily, highly recommend Dave Umphress to anyone!

Dave is amazing! I have known Dave for years and know that he is a natural people person. He stays calm and level headed even in the toughest situations. We listed our house with Dave and sold it within 2 days. The only problem was we had soooo many good offers! He helped us sort through all the offers and find the best one. Due to loan stuff the deal feel through and Dave was quick to get our place back on the market. This time we received multiple offers again and ended up selecting an ALL CASH offer above our asking! To buy our next house Dave was very patient as we saw a lot of houses and had multiple offers not be accepted. He did a great job coaching us at each place.
