We recently sold our condo and purchased a house with Urban Luxe. Sarah King was our realtor. We cant even begin to explain how wonderful the experience was. We were not really in the market to buy a house, but Sarah took the time to "just look" at houses with us until we fell in love and were ready to buy. She walked us through every step of the process and Laurie, Michelle, and the others at Urban Luxe that we worked with were phenomenal. The market is still CRAZY and they all helped us navigate through multiple offers, contingency contracts, and all the other joys that come with purchasing a home. When there was a little confusion about the curtains in the house we were purchasing she went to bat for us, she took care of everything so we didnt have to buy all new curtains! It was something that could have been so much more stressful without her help. She invited us to a brunch event last month and she gave us all gift cards along with having a Bloody Mary bar and brunch... it was great! My husband and I would highly recommend Urban Luxe!

Allison Rankin made our home buying experience absolutely phenomenal. There aren’t enough words to say how her knowledge, work ethic, advocacy, and diligence transformed the process for us. From the beginning, she listened, listened, and listened – though we were first time home buyers with very particular tastes. She took seriously even our most idiosyncratic wishes and when we found a historic home in the center of the city that was the perfect fit, we were under contract by that night. Once under contract she advocated for us fiercely but with grace. She represented our interest in every part of the process, even getting us concessions we ourselves hadn’t considered.
