Not really happy with this company at all. We rented for two years. Things that needed fixed or replaced were either never fixed or just temporarily fixed. We decided we were no longer happy with them and did not extend our lease. They ended up billing us out of our security deposit for all of the things they had failed to fix, i.e. Broken sprinklers, dead trees, bad sod, broken fence from snow storm, etc. They even billed us for cleaning after we used their own cleaning company in which they found unsatisfactory. They did nothing more than just take my money every month. I cant honestly say they did anything more than that. Even though we were never late on rent, we still received annoying late notices until this company processed payment. Again, landlord requests to fix sprinklers, remove trees etc. were just ignored.

My husband had spoke to a Nancy Syms, about a house that was posted on Craigslist for rent for less than $1000. He had called to verify that this posting on Craigslist was not fraudulent, due to the post having pictures of the house(inside and outside). A "Nancy Syms" did not introduce herself and was very rude to my husband when he said our income isnt all that great at the moment. She immediately hung up the phone on him after that. My husband is a Peace Office for the city of Colorado Springs. He puts his life at risk everyday for people he does not know in the name of justice and still can be treated so poorly. Because of the income we are forced to have apparently isnt good enough for Nancy Syms.

I used Rob Henderson to sell a house and buy two more, one an investment property, and the other my new home. All transactions went very smoothly. I got a little more than what I was hoping for on the sale and it was on the market for only a couple months. The new house is my dream home, and I have Rob to thank. Hes quick to respond when I have questions, and quick to act when something needs to get done which I really appreciate. Ive even received documentation and emails from him late at night, so hes putting in a lot of effort to make sure everything gets done.

I give Era a 1 star. First off era was the sellers agent. She was out of the country for everything except when we looked at the house. She did but us a garage door opener, because the people they hired kept ours. She has been hands off through this whole procedure. From calling the contractors to come out and fix the issues at the house to contacting the seller. I will never buy or sell through this company.

Ms. Irene Larimer was my agent for the sell and purchase of my homes. If you want the best she is the absolute best. She was professional and always there every time I had a question or problem. She made such a stressful time for me so much smoother. I cant give more than 5 stars but she deserves 100. She went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend her to every and anyone.

I called this place to inquire about a home and the woman that answered was so rude, did not introduce herself and after asking about a home, she rudely answered "it sold." Then immediatly hung up without asking if i was interested in other homes, (which i was). If you dont want to sell homes, then quit your job, its that simple. You people just lost my business.

Barry Cavanaugh is the best real estate agent in the Springs. Very personable, and actually cares about his clients, you are not just another sale to him. I started as a client, and left with a friend.
