My decision to use Redefy was the best Ive made in selling real estate. Not only did I save almost $7,000 after paying the buyers agent 3%, but I did it with the most professional real estate experience Ive ever had, and this was my 14th home sale/purchase. Redefy came to my home one day after listing with them and took professional pictures, which they uploaded to the MLS the same day. They handled every aspect of the home sale. My home was linked to a scheduling system that let me know when someone would be coming to view my home and sent the buying agents comments about the viewing to me after. Once the buyer was found, which in my case was less than two weeks on the market, Redefy handled every aspect of the sale process and the escrow process. One of their agents was assigned to me so that I could call or email and have questions answered in a timely manner, usually within an hour. I cant express strongly enough to anyone looking for professionalism and saving the equity youve worked hard to build, that Redefy is exactly what youre looking for. I had been warned by realtors that companies offering to do the work at a set price were scams. I can assure you 100% that Redefy is legitimate and does everything they say they will and more for $2,500. Dont waste your hard earned money, especially in a buyers market, in which homes sell quickly and sellers agents do little to earn 3% of your selling price.

My husband and I used Redefy to sell our home in Denver. Because Redefy agents work for a $2500 flat fee rather than a commission, we had some initial concerns about receiving lackluster service. Thankfully, our concerns were unfounded. Our first contact was Brandon Gossett. He helped with the initial paperwork, took photos of our home, recommended a price, and posted the listing to the MLS. Brandon was professional, and he priced our home appropriately for the current market. We received multiple full-price offers within just a few days. After this initial stage, we worked with Kirstin Moore until closing. Completing the sale of our 110-year-old house (from out of state) became rather complicated, but Kirstin was amazing. She was knowledgable and friendly. She was always available, even on nights and weekends. And perhaps most importantly to me, she remained incredibly patient and positive throughout the whole arduous process. She was our tireless advocate, and we couldnt have done it without her. Redefy was outstanding to work with, high quality person-to-person customer support throughout the entire process of selling our home. Greg Smith, our Redey Broker, came in with a sound listing strategy and provided a very professional MLS presence with high quality photos and detailed property information. Let’s face it, a quality MLS presence brings in the vast majority of today’s potential home buyers. This is the digital world, todays buyers have MLS searches provided automatically as homes become available for sale. The MLS hosts over 25 of property photos, school scores, and past mortgage history so buyers have all the information they need to find their next dream home. Our home was quickly seen and under contract. Lori Logan did an outstanding job managing the contract and contract deadlines then getting us to the closing table without issue. Watch out traditional realtors, the flat fee commission structure just makes a lot of sense, especially if the service provided is as good of quality as we experienced with Redey.

We used Redefy to sell two homes one in Arvada and another in Lakewood. When other well known realtors in Arvada tried to get us to go with a much lower asking price, Redefy provided comps and recommended a price $50,000 higher than the other realtors we interviewed. One of the well known realtors in Arvada who wanted us to list at a much lower price wound up being the buyers agent on the sale and paying asking price. Between the higher selling prices and the realtor fees we came out well over $60,000 better with Redefy. You would be crazy not to look at Redefy and pay a flat fee! They were very impressive and knowledgeable and a great resource when complexities arose as they most certainly will during the process. You get what you pay for. They wanted our house to appeal to investors and that was fine, but they did not explain that meant conventional loans only. So we were expecting 50+ viewings like our friends realtor was telling her was typical. Nope. we had something like 13 viewings and 2 offers versus the typical bidding war everyone else was getting. We did not sell for as much as we may have been able to. The buyer had their loan representative and realtor in the closing with them. Redefy came out late and asked if we minded they were not there. I was taken aback they would even ask and we ended up closing the deal by ourselves. Office personnel were responsive to questions and helping us understand the paperwork. If you have your own buyers and just need paperwork processed, this is a good way to go, otherwise get a regular realtor.

My agent was Julie and she provided excellent service from initial contract to closing, including, but not limited to fantastic photography of my home, honest valuation of my home and list price based on my area, and simply making the home sale process very easy. I had an offer on my house within two hours of listing it with Redefy, for well over asking price. Julie went above and beyond to collect comps around the area to provide the appraiser so that my house would appraise at the over asking price without issue. Given the stellar service, the money I was able to save thanks to Redefys flat-fee model, using them was absolutely the right choice.

Not a very professional organization and I would highly recommend going else where. Our representative was Amra who started off very professional and knowledgeable of the business. He did show us some properties but when it came time that we needed his representation the most he was no where to be heard of. In his defense it was the holiday season but we needed to act fast to secure our home and we felt it was best to move on without him. When we released him of his service he became VERY unprofessional and angry by calling our builder and making false statements without all the facts. I would be very cautious of this organization and again would highly recommend going else where.
