My husband and I recently moved to the Denver area and were looking to purchase our first home. We read reviews for several real estate agents and decided to contact 360 Dwellings. After meeting with Ryan we were impressed by several things: 1) He was very interested in what we were looking for in a home (house type, area, public transit options, etc.) 2) He gave a thorough overview of the home buying process to help us understand what to expect 3) He was willing to show us properties before we signed a contract with him. NO ONE else we spoke to was willing to show us a single property without a contract. When we began looking at properties Ryan was fantastic at spotting the details that we missed (like the quality of work done on “fix and flips”). He also quickly got a sense of what kinds of homes we liked and could make recommendations for properties. Additionally, the 360 Dwellings web portal is easy to use and provided us instant notifications of when properties that fit our search criteria went on the market. When we decide make an offer on a home Ryan provided us information about recent home sales in the area to help us determine our initial offer. During the counter offer and inspection process Ryan demonstrated his negotiation skills, which resulting in us paying below the appraised value and getting some seller concessions included. Ryan was there to help us and answer our questions from the first day we met all the way through the closing meeting where we signed the paperwork for our first home. Ryan also provided us some recommendations for local services (plumber, trash removal, etc.) that have been very helpful. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a home in the greater Denver area.

We first worked briefly with Ryan, and then primarily with Neil during our process of finding a condo to buy. As this was our first home-buying experience, we werent really sure what we were getting into or what to expect, and we very much appreciated how patient and thorough Ryan and Neil were in walking us through the process. They were detailed and met us at our (elementary) level, but were not at all condescending. Neil was very accessible and responsive to emails, getting back to us quickly and often well after business hours. We did not feel very pressured to buy a place quickly, which we appreciated. However, when we did decide to make an offer, Neil was on top of the ball, submitting the offer quickly for us. In addition, we appreciated Neils personal touches, such as a congratulations card, referrals for workers, and picking up drinks and snacks. To be completely fair and honest, there were a couple minor drawbacks, but nothing that significantly affected our home-buying process. Neil did not always have a ton of direct advice about specifics like if/how much to increase our offer or push for additional inspection items to be covered, but he was very respectful of our wishes on these things and supported our decisions. If people want more direct advice it would be good to ask. There were also a few minor number errors in the paperwork that he did not catch that we saw upon review, but were sure he looks at piles and piles of paper so the omissions are certainly understandable. Overall, we were very pleased with our home-buying process. The positives far outweighed the minor negatives, and we would recommend Neil and Ryan. They are hard-working and are committed to their clients.

My experience with 360 Dwellings was superb. I worked with Ryan in my search for a multi-family investment property. Ryan had experience in owning and operating similar properties, and proved to have vast information in the area. He offered insights on financing such investments that I had overlooked or hadnt explored fully, and was well connected in terms of brokers, lenders, contractors, appraisers and the like. We critically analyzed numerous properties investment values and, upon making offers, Ryan proved a shrewd and effective negotiator and advocate. Inventory was tight when I was in the market, so our hunt for the right property took many months. During that time, Ryan remained attentive to the market and alerted me quickly to any new listings. As a result, we were among the first persons to view many property of interest and were well positioned to move forward strategically when opportunities arose. Ryan responded immediately to my frequent calls, emails, texts, and questions. I have worked with other realtors in the past, and this was patently NOT the case. In hot markets, moving quickly is paramount, and Ryans responsiveness and availability were invaluable. Finally, Ryan is trustworthy and friendly. I never felt pressured toward a sale or misled in any way. Rather, I remained comfortable and confident in his representation from the first to the last. I strongly recommend Ryan and 360 Dwellings, if youre searching for a reputable, honest and hard working team.

Its hard to list all of the things that made our experience working with Neil so great. One of the biggest positives is that he is so accessible via text/email and was seemingly always able to show us a home within a short time frame. Im actually not sure that Neil ever sleeps, because we got emails from him at all hours of the night. Also, we never felt pressured, even when we made the decision to get out of a contract after some inspection items made us uncomfortable. We felt guilty, but Neil set our minds at ease and kept the focus on us and our comfort level and not on his commission. When we began our search, I didnt realize how much Id appreciate a realtor with a sense of humor, but Neils humor definitely is a bonus. Because when your husband drags you to a home that he says "has potential" and you walk in to find every type of wall covering known to man and a hallway that looks like its straight out of The Shining, it helps if your realtor can crack a few jokes. House hunting is emotional, but having someone who is tech savvy, stays neutral (unless you specifically ask his opinion), and is full of knowledge and experience makes it much less stressful. As first-time home buyers, it gave us a ton of comfort knowing that Neil had our backs. And now we have an incredibly gorgeous home in a neighborhood we love :) I cant recommend 360dwellings enough!

I recently purchased my first home, and although the process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, Neil was there holding my hand and fighting for me the whole way through. When I first began searching, I was overwhelmed by the number of emails and property lists that I was receiving from different realtors. Neil was the only one though, who took the time to actually listen to me and understand exactly what I was looking for. He sent me listings that were tailored to my specifications and worked around my busy schedule to get me out to see the properties that I was interested in. When I found the property I wanted and it was time to make an offer, Neil worked quickly and efficiently, and really battled with the the sellers agent to make sure that my offer (1 out 5 for a brand new listing...) was the one that was accepted. The process that followed was really the difficult part, but Neil was there for me the whole way through, going above and beyond to make sure that I was able to successfully purchase the home that I chose. I couldnt be happier with his services and would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new home.
