Hillary Sai was my real estate agent when I finally decided to have a home built, instead of buying one that had been previously owned. Our first meeting created a wonderful bond between us and quickly established my trust in her as a caring and competent agent. Hillary worked with me patiently as we secured a loan officer and although I decided to purchase an inventory house, an alternative Hillary offered when I was eager to move out of my apartment, she made certain that the inventory house met all of my basic requirements. A bonus to buying the inventory house was having all of the appliances and window blinds included and being able to move out of my apartment four months earlier. Beyond the dedication Hillary exhibited throughout the process my greatest surprise and a true testament to the kind of agent Hillary is, was when I arrived at my "new home," after the closing, to find three house warming gifts from Hillary. All three gifts are daily reminders of how hard Hillary worked to make sure I was happy in my new home. One of my gifts from Hillary is an orchid, which is about to bloom for the third time. Even after I had moved in, I would stop by the office periodically just to say hi. Hillary always greeted with me a warm, infectious smile and a burst of energy that assured me I had not just been another customer looking for a house to buy, but someone she truly cared about. Anyone who is looking for a caring and compassionate real estate agent who will care more about the person than the sale, should look no further than Hillary Sai!

My husband and I worked with Kelly Campbell to purchase our first home and it was a wonderful experience, even though I had my doubts in this competitive market! Kelly was very responsive right from the beginning and took the time to listen and understand everything we were looking for in a home. She made herself available for each and every property we asked to see, often only hours after it was listed! She was very knowledgeable and organized. She took her time to educate us on real estate and what to look for in the homes we saw. She answered every question I asked, and believe me there were many! Kelly showed us a variety of homes and neighborhoods so we could better gauge the cost/worth of homes in comparison to each other. Once we found houses we wanted to offer on, she would immediately put in the effort to learn more about the home/seller and whether it was worth us putting in an offer with the competitive market. Many properties had multiple offers, but we always had our paperwork in within hours of seeing the house. At times I didnt think we would be able to find a home since we were slightly crunched for time, but Kelly was ALWAYS upbeat and positive. She told us the right house would come along when it was meant to and she was right! We highly recommend Kelly Campbell; because of her our first home purchase was a flawless and wonderful experience. We will certainly be calling her for any future real estate needs.

I would highly recommend working with Justen Staufer! My husband and I recently purchased our second home in Superior, and were in the midst of a very competitive market. We also had very specific criteria as we knew the existing neighborhood very well. Justen is very knowledgeable about the Superior/Louisville area, and became our trusted advisor throughout both the sale of our existing home, and the purchase of our new one. Justen successfully analyzed the market and advised us on a listing price which resulted in an extremely successful open house, as well as offers above asking. On the buying end, he was very responsive in setting up and attending showings with short notice, and helping us to determine appropriate offers. Justens quick response and customer service focus enabled us to get a showing and put in an offer with very short turnaround; and we ended up getting the home we really wanted. We have been in our house for about 5 months now and couldn’t be happier - no buyers remorse here! Put simply, Kelly Majure of Staufer Team Real Estate was fantastic to work with! The housing market was extremely competitive and stressful for buyers, so we were very grateful to find someone who could guide us through it and keep us calm, without every pressuring us to move forward with anything other than our perfect home. Kelly wrote a total of 6 offers for us, all with very short turn-around and all at inconvenient times, but she was still always able to keep a very positive attitude. Having Kelly Campbell as our agent during our move to Colorado was a bit like having an angel watching out for us. She was amazingly helpful during our initial scouting mission, taking delight in showing us areas from Lafayette to Loveland, and most all areas in between. She really enjoyed educating us on the features each town, and was careful to allow us to interpret each feature as a selling point or something to be avoided. Kelly showed us many homes and neighborhoods with different qualities so that we could further hone our list of must-haves and must-avoids. For properties we were very interested in, she put in the effort to find out what we needed to know beyond the listing, which allowed us to make the kind of educated decisions we needed on such an important purchase. Kelly allowed us to use our own sense of urgency and patience throughout the process. Her upbeat nature and positivity was a big benefit to us, and helped us to stay upbeat. The only downside of purchasing our home was that we miss spending time with her. She was an advocate for us the entire way. We met with Justen upon our relocation to the area, and although initially, we were not ready to buy, he began to work with us by creating a professional and trusting relationship.
