i have a place for sale and I listed it as FSBO. Week after, today, I got a call at 8 am from Adam Johnson from Steps realty. He was super pushy and super rude. He asked me why I dont have an agent and I told him that I do and they are willing to do the job for .5%. That really pissed him off. He said that he doesnt even know how they stay in business. That they dont know what they are doing. Calling me at 8 am and telling me how to live life, treating me like I have no idea what I am doing. Rude, very pushy, incompetent and spoiled realtor. Do not talk to him!
