Really, really poor customer service!! *UPDATE*: I got a phone call from one of the staff (a man, with a thick accent). The reason why I put poor customer service yesterday was because he kept asking me "what kind of emergency" I had to reschedule my appointment. He tried to make the customer feel bad about rescheduling appointments. At the very least, I had the courtesy to reschedule the appointment many hours (or even several days, for the first time) before the actual appointment, so there was no need for the interrogation. I told him the emergency I had was that I had to work late and I have trouble getting there on time. I have never seen a spa act so horribly. They should never ask anyone what their emergency is, it is beyond inappropriate and crossing many boundaries. After I wrote this review, he calls me up and says he saw the review I posted and actually asked me if I thought it was right that I posted this review. He literally asked "do you think it was right that you posted this review." NO joke. He blamed the situation on him being hard of hearing, but I dont think any of this gives him a right to ask any individual what kind of emergency they have when they need to reschedule the visit (THIS IS IMPROPER). Needless to say, I got very upset with him and told him his phone call was harassing and completely inappropriate, to cancel my appointment (which I was only using because of a Groupon). Without the Groupon, I would not have gone back, since my first visit wasnt the best and the spa has serious customer service issues that I identified from the get go. I needed to use up all my visits on my Groupon, which is why I scheduled it anyways.Though, Im not even going to go back at all, at this point. Im looking for a recourse to report them. Im even serious enough to go to the BBB. Sir, to answer your question, "do you think it was right to post this review." Absolutely! You are rude, and called me up on a Saturday morning to discuss this review and used an accusatory tone. I have no shame in having yelled at you in the end and told you not to call me ever again. Id rather cancel that visit and swallow the cost of the Groupon than ever use your services. You are part of a spa and work at a customer service field. Part of this requires you to be accommodating to the needs of your clients without further questioning. You acted indefensibly when you called me to discuss this. Discussing this with me like that is inappropriate. I am allowed to post my opinion, and you will simply have to deal with that. I cant imagine how many other people you do this to.

I just left Exquisite Salon and was very unsatisified. My future daughter-in-law booked us for manicures and pedicures 3 days before her wedding as a fun girls day of pampering and it was anything but that. We arrived early for our noon appt., they took Amanda to the manicure station and left the rest of us in the waiting area for about half an hour. Finally they decided to move us to a private room. They began the pedicures on the Bride and Maid of Honor but left myself and my granddaughter to fend for ourselves. After about an hour a lady brought us some water. After and hour and half of waiting they were ready for my manicure. Tess could feel the tension and apologized for the delay, she did my manicure. The Bride wanted tips put on and the nail "professional" put on a full acrylic set that kept popping off and the Bride finally requested they be taken off. At 2:30 they were ready for the Maid of Honor but by then we had been there two and half hours, she ran out of time to have her tips put on. When we complained to the owner she insisted that everyone was always happy, didnt offer a discount and try to fix the situation in any way or apologize and she didnt seem to care that the Bride, Maid of Honor and future Mother in Law were not satisified. I was very disappointed that the service was so bad and that they ruined a Bridal experience. Shame on Exquisite Salon, I will never go back.

My wife was broke down with children in the car and my wife AND has been going there for over a year. She called to reschedule and was treated very badly by the receptionist Amanda. She tried explaining she had bad service and her car was broken down and she was waiting on a tow truck .They then asked for credit which has never been asked of before this point. She explained I had the card and couldnt do that and she was also broken down. I called and made her apt and gave them the card info. Just to have them cancel the appointment and tell her they couldnt see her anymore. Its pretty sad that this business did this to my wife. The voicemail was nasty and they were down right rude. She had a couple bad experience there but like them but after today I wouldnt let her go back. They obviously dont realize that stuff happens in life Pathetic people. You do what they ask and then they canceled her apt. No way to treat customers. I will happily pay for my wife to go else where. Ive never see such horrible customer service . No Im sure its the salon because she came and you the owner were rude and nasty to her. I had her leave the phone on so I. Could hear the conversation. So please stop lying OWNER. You also know exactly who she is another lie by you the owner

Salons/spas are not things I would normally allow myself to indulge in. As a family of four with one income you can imagine we live on a very tight budget and pampering yourself is not normally on my list of approved spendings. I needed two target areas to be rejuvenated or even just fixed so I did mass research online to find a reputable salon/spa that would deliver on their claims so I wasnt spending my hard earned money on empty claims and promises. After my colon therapy I wasnt sure if it had helped or not at first...the first few days I still wasnt regular as Id hoped. but not even a week later it seems like everything was aligned and now Im regular, healthy, feeling good! I havent felt this way (bowel) in over a decade and as skeptical as I was at first even after having the therapy done I must say Im really happy. Even surprised in a good way. Im still going for my hair therapy...Ive only had 4 treatments with 16 more to go so i cant say anything for results on that yet but as far as the staff, facility and overall care I have no complaints. For someone who is very particular with what I spend and where I spend it I can say in all honesty I have no regrets and no guilt :)

I have been going to Exquisite for facials with the specialist Sofiya for a year now, and she has helped my skin so much. I had angry, problem skin infections on my cheeks and forehead. I had used ProActiv and dermatologist prescriptions and nothing seemed to work. With Sofiyas care and personalization with each monthly facial, my skin has finally calmed down and shows significant improvement. I had terrible acne scars as well as huge clusters of angry pimples and blackheads that Sofiya has COMPLETELY gotten rid of. (If I could insert a Before/After picture, I would.) Sofiya even gives me tips on how to help my skin on a daily basis at home, also a huge help. Her kindness and care has really made every visit very enjoyable. I am very happy with the quality of the salon. It is very clean, well presented, and classy. I would recommend the facial service to anyone who struggles with acne, Sofiya will do wonders! I return every month with my monthly membership, such a great deal for this high value salon. Every month I am so excited to return to Exquisite for my facial, I even make a special trip out from BOULDER. Love it! Thank you Exquisite Salon!
