NOW THERE IS A BIGGER ISSUE IVE RECEIVED TWO VOICE MAILS FROM THE MANAGER AT THIS SMART STYLE LOCATION TELLING ME SHE IS GOING TO CALL THE AUTHORITIES. AFTER NOTIFYING HER THIS ISSUES NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AT A HIGHER LEVEL THAN HER POSITION. THIS SITUATION STARTED OFF IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE THAT HAS TURNED INTO A CHEMICAL ISSUE WHICH IVE EXPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES "I HAVE ORANGE HAIR. I DIDNT RECEIVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS GUARANTEED BY ALL OF YOUR COMPANIES GIMMICKS. ON TOP OF A RUDE INAPPROPRIATE STORE OR DISTRICT MANAGER. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went in store #3313 yesterday for a cut and bleached blond my whole hair (very short pixie style). I walked out with orange hair, a boy cut. Im very disappointed with my service and the out come of my hair plus I have two lines in my hair on the side of my hair (as if Im a men.) I had another issue with the card reader with my debt card. So, I wasnt charged for the service. Due to your faulty system. About the payment issue; when I went to pay London B. for her services it was closing time like around 8:30pm and I couldnt do anything about the situation. She was literally closing down the store. Or sometimes Chase wont allow payment initially to a location or business Ive never purchased from before which takes hours to fix the problem. Please direct this message to the store manager. Most unprofessional service ever. Julious or Juliette however the tall black gay guy. Did a horrible job. The total opposite of what i showed him with pics and explained him, the black fat chick tried to fix it but it made it waaaay shorter than i wanted in the first place. Then she sat me in the n took care of other ppl without doing an effort of provide good customer service after screwing my hair style. I walked out so pissed and all she said bye. I dont recommend this salon to anybody. Unless you like mediocre service
