Let me start off by saying the entire staff is so knowledgable on both training and nutrition. After my collegiate career was over I still ate like an athlete but didnt train like this which led to quick unwanted weight gain. I started lifting again but wasnt shedding weight. I decided to consult with Sam and he helped tremendously. He told me my diet is what was holding me back. He not only helped with my grocery in what foods to eat, but why to eat them and how to prepare them. Since working with Sam only on nutrition, I have lost about 17 pounds and dropped 4% body fat in less than 2 months, all without feeling hungry or counting calories. Simply by eating nutrient dense foods. Im very thankful for the knowledge of the staff in helping me reach my goal. Cheers

My wife and I worked out with Chase for quite a while. He got us in the best shape of our lives in less than 6 months. Unbelievably knowledgable about the human body and its capability and capacity. Hes amazing to work with, wont let you push yourself to the point that you hurt yourself and will train you on the whole life and body experience. Coming from an athletes background, all I was used to was pushing myself to the point where I hurt myself and Chase really broke me of this. I was "Meh." on the vegan deal, but hes not too pushy with it. My wife was totally diggin the vegan lifestyle and it really changed her life. Paige is the jam too. A true joy to be around and work with.

I cant say enough good things about my experience thus far with Whole Health Club. The trainers have done a great job providing a variety of workouts that push me to improve each and every session. They seem to truly care about me as an individual and have treated me as if I was a member of their family rather than a client. My diet has also improved tremendously since first signing up. They have provided many plant based alternatives to the foods I love convincing me to try things I never would have considered in the past. Thank you for pushing me to be the best version of myself!

The Whole Health Club "trainers" are more like friends, who are not afraid to be hard on you when they believe you can do something and push you to accomplish it, while also being positive and offering constructive criticism. I have made great strides in the past three months, lost some weight, and down a lot of inches, but most of all I feel good, healthier and stronger. I would definitely recommend Whole Health Club!

Awesome facility and educated trainers - I heard they are even opening an onsite kitchen with cooking classes which I thought was pretty innovative for a personal training studio. Oh and they also offer group classes too. These guys are the whole package have helped me get results that I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own. Plus they are just all around cool people. Highly recommended.
