Every FS salon is independently owned/operated so its inevitable that theyll have their mixed opinions about their service. But Ive been going to FS for over 20 years for my mens haircuts after my family barber retired and have never considered another salon ever since. Why? Because I have received the best attention for my needs with exceptional and timely service. I was going to FS when I lived in Texas and moved to CO three years ago and the first place to look into getting a haircut was FS. Im very particular about who cuts my hair so I knew it may take a little trial and error to find the right stylist, but after coming across Kayla for the first time, she instantly made me feel comfortable and always has me looking good when I walk out. Shes made her suggestions to improve my style and works with mine as well. Coming from a satisfied customer who comes back every 7-10 days for a fresh cut, I recommend seeing Kayla for your services, thanks again and Ill be back soon!!

Was there three times. The first time I made no appointment and sat there for over an hour with others. At no time did anyone ever give us an update or acknowledge us. The second time I made the appointment and Madison was great. Third time I made an appointment for me and my son and sat there for twenty five minutes without a single person approaching us to check in or acknowledge our presence, so we got up and left 10 minutes past our appointment time without any one of their four stylists noticing. Except for Madison, this place really doesnt understand how to operator a service-based business.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. The girl who cut my hair did not say ANYTHING to me, other than barking "Haircut?" when I walked in. She did not ask about my style, how I part my hair, or anything else. Despite telling her I only wanted 1/4"cut, I saw 1"+ pieces falling as she yanked and tugged at my hair in a brutal fashion, even accidentally (Im assuming!) stabbing me in the eye with her fingernail. ALL the other workers were very sloppily dressed and unprofessional as well.

The first time I went I loved how long their color lasted, so I recently went back. 80 something dollars later my hair looked pretty much the same as when I went in! The stylist said I could come back in a couple days to change the color . . . Then gave me a quote!! She should have done it for free! I wasnt about to give her any more of my money.

This is my son after getting his haircut at Fantastic Sams. They deserve 0 stars. They have no clue how to cut hair, and were really rough on him. He said that it was the worst haircut he has ever had. The older asian lady was pulling his hair and hitting his head with the clippers. We will never be back!

I only went there because i needed highlights on a sunday and they had openings. the gal who did my hair chewed bubblegum most of the time i was there. I got my highlights but she didnt color my roots or used any conditioner. my hair looked and felt so fried.
