The gym is nice and the staff looks friendly enough. Though, their communication skills arent the best. I signed up for a membership thinking I would use it before realizing that I wasnt (thats on me) but I went to cancel and the staff member who helped said I was canceling just in time because in a few more days they would charge me the annual fee. A few days later when I was looking at my bank statement, I realized that despite what the girl had said, they still had charged me the annual fee. When I emailed them about it, they said that I had to have canceled around a week earlier for them not to charge my card and that it was nonrefundable.

I love your Biggest Loser 30 minute circuit BUT you have a sign posted asking people to leave the equipment for people doing the circuit. Ive run into this the last few times where theres some random person taking up the circuit equipment and when I kindly ask if I can continue on the circuit I get treated rudely by them. You have several staff members just standing up front - Ive made comments but nothing seems to be done about it or cared. This is the reason I come to your gym and Im getting tired of it. If they could just check on it that would be very beneficial.

Im happy to see planet fitness close to my area. 10 bucks a month(no contract) is a good price , but 20 a month will get alot more perks. Plus the contract is on 12 months and to cancel its $58. Unlike "anytime fitness" where they want a 3 year contract and if you cancel its a 50% of each month left. Planet fitness is not here to rob you like anytime fitness. You dont know what will happen in 6 months. So planet fitness gives you security of flexibility. I am really happy they are growing in colorado.

Theyve been having issues with the hot water since they opened a few weeks ago. Every time you talk to staff about it they say "yeah we know its an issue. The plumber was here all last week". Still there is no communication to members about the issue or what theyre doing to remedy it (until you ask) and no apology. They need to work on communicating with their members and still have some kinks to work out

Planet fitness has been awesome so far. It is for the most part a very clean and hospitable faculty for being a gym. They have plenty of different types of equipment and plenty of each type available to members even on busy days. The only thing that I can comment on is how bored the staff always look.

I have to admit that Im pleasantly surprised. Considering what the cost of membership is I wasnt expecting much but the gym is massive! Theres plenty of choices of workout equipment to choose from and with the quantity available there is a low chance of ever having to wait. Great job guys....

Huge brand new facility, lots of equipment and space, 24 hours, mobile app to go with your work out, and right near home for only $10 a month! You cant beat that in a gym.

Just transferred to this club, it is brand new! Very clean, nice equipment, helpful staff, big locker room, only $20 per month with lots of perks for Black Tie.
