No le recomendaría este gym absolutamente a nadie!! mucho menos a personas latinas o mujeres como yo !! Mi esposo y yo solíamos ir a este gym juntos nunca hubo ningún problema hasta que un dia empecé a ser acosada por un hombre me estaba mirando y faltando al respeto solo molestándome porque soy latina quería que me corrieran del gym mientras el se encontraba ahí, quejándose de mi vestimenta con el staff, quienes sabían perfectamente que yo iba adecuadamente vestida a este gimnasio que es supuestamente "JUDGMENT FREE ZONE " not at all !! Worst gym I have ever been to , una de las peores experiencias y una situación muy incómoda que nadie debería pasar mucho menos cuando estás PAGANDO por un buen servicio.Reportamos este problema con la manager "Rachel " que lo único que hizo fue ignorarnos simplemente la manager no hizo su trabajo no nos ayudó en lo absoluto a resolver esta situación horrible e incómoda que estaba pasando nos dijo que regresáramos al gym y que si volvía a pasar lo reportáramos Simplemente yo ya no quería regresar me sentí acosada incomoda y triste por ser juzgada asi no quería que me pasara eso una segunda vez, mi esposo me convenció de seguir llendo ya que nosotros estábamos pagando y no era justo dejar de ir y eso fue lo que hicimos fuimos una vez más y ahí estaba este hombre una vez más acosandome incluso esto se hiso más grande porque esta vez mi esposo y el estuvieron a punto de entrar en una pelea nos lanzó comentarios racistas como: you guys arent here legally!! Y muchas cosas más El staff escucho todo lo que estaba pasando... volvimos a reportar con Rachel todo lo que había pasado por segunda vez y aún así no hicieron nada !! Por segunda vez ignoro el problema por completo ! Nos sentimos decepcionados y en un gym en el que no importa la comodiadad de sus clientes Simplemente este es un gym donde se acepta racismo y todo este tipo de situaciones incómodas ,la manager no se toma enserio lo que sucede ahí, mi esposo y yo nos rendimos en seguir tratando que nos escucharan y solucionaran este problema es una decepción que no fueran capaces de poder darle una solución ... si quieres ser acosada, discriminada e ignorada este es el gym perfecto para eso..... En verdad ojalá que nadie pase por la misma experiencia que mi esposo y yo tuvimos que pasar no pierdas tu dinero y tú tiempo en un gimnasio como este que te tratan como basura!! Worst gym and staff ever. If I could rate this gym a Zero I would ! And dont even BOTHER on waisting your time trying to talk to the manager (Rachel )she just dont care.

The equipment is always broken & youre always waiting to use something. Their customer service & manager are very bad & rude. They do not work well with others. My mom went in there a month before we were able to cancel out accounts. They gave her a date she had to come in, but did not inform her that I had to mail in my request since I now live 2hrs away. The day before the date they inform her that I have to send in a letter. I refuse to pay another month since I no longer live near any of their locations. They wouldnt even allow me to cancel over the phone & told me I can pay another month & come in before I get charged again or send in the letter as they shouldve informed my mother the first time she asked. I am now having to travel two hours just to cancel my acct so I wont get charged again.

I started up with the Planet Fitness at the Aurora facility, which is quite a bit larger then this 72nd location. Overall the 72nd location is really clean, the staff are very welcoming and very happy to help you out with just about anything you may need. The only complaint that I have about this location is that they use paper towels instead of actual towels. Kind of chincey, but I understand cutting costs. I would recommend this location over the 92nd location. The 92nd location has some staff that are standoffish, and much less pleasant to do business with. Keep up the good work 72nd!

Someone at this location around 4pm today decided it would be okay to say something really cruel to one of my friends that is a really good guy. He is a hard worker goes to school and is a very productive person in society. I dont know if it was meant to be malicious or just trying to be funny but to look at someones name and ask them "please dont bomb us" that is really disrespectful. People that think the way you do is the reason people want to harm Americans. Its funny that planet fitness as a whole claim a non judgmental workout place so why is this kind of judgement okay?

I joined this location about a year ago. The reason both medical and personal. The people that work there are always willing help and also it is always well kept. Jerome the personal trainer is a joy to work with, he is patient, not overbearing, and always there to help if he is not in a training session. I just increased my membership to black card and used one of the massage chairs. I do not know what took me so long. Just a side note I dont know what all of these negative revues are about, Ive been in there at all times of the day and never had any problems

I was interested in finding out about your programs and stop in at your 72nd and Sheridan location. Coral, was working and went over the different programs you offer. She was very, very knowledge and answered questions very thoroughly without having to ask anyone. Best customer service around. Myself and my friend are both black card members and I use your location 3 times a week. And would give your location a 10 along with the staff. Coral, deserve a great compliment. Thanks

The staff is rude, the place is almost always over packed. The staff needs to be more clear on the fine print of the $20 a month one year contract. I moved across town, but couldnt cancel because I was still in colorado & hadnt moved over 200 miles away. Who the heck drives more than 15 miles to a gym anyways. Or they wanted me to pay an $80 cancelation fee. It was cheaper for me to pay out the last 3 months that pay their stupid fee.

As it stands right now the staff is rude and under informed. My mother was talking to a staff member that wouldnt allow access to come in and find me while I was working out to inform me she was there to pick me up. While she was saying that it was rude of him to not allow her in, he cut her off and started to help another customer behind her. I have had trouble with the staff here in the past and it only seems to be getting worse.

My wife and I have been a member of Planet Fitness for 5 months now and overall our experience has been good. There were issues on both our and PFs side as it related to billing that resulted in having to have about 3 or 4 discussions to get it sorted out but the staff was always professional and courteous throughout. It is clean, affordable, well lit, and has all the amenities that I would expect out of any gym.
