My husband and I decided to send our twins to Bunny Village after two of our friends had their kids go through the program from infant to Pre-K. Bunny Village has always proved to take the up-most care of our twins. The facility has always been very clean, bright colors throughout and well organized. All of the teachers know the names of our kids and have always been very friendly. Melissa and her staff are very professional and are well trained in emergency situations. Last month my 18 month old daughter suffered a febrile seizure during the late afternoon. Miss Emily and the teachers in the toddler room took the necessary steps in providing emergency care to her. We were contacted right away, we knew all of the details, and the police, ambulance and fire all had my daughters information right away. Everyone reacted very quickly and the response time was flawless. My husband and I couldnt have thanked them and the emergency providers enough. Miss Emily traveled in the ambulance with my daughter and was there upon our arrival at Yale New Haven Hospital. If anyone is searching for child care, this is the place to bring them! We are very happy with the level of care and the experience our children are receiving.

I enrolled my daughter at the Cheshire facility. After the first pick up I realized we made a mistake. My daughter was not being kept with toddlers but infants. The other issue was the cleanliness. She was eating off a tray with long disgusting hairs on it. Whenever we had a question for the staff they were indifferent. Within 2 weeks we dis-enrolled. Melissa Swan (the owner) has been extremely difficult since we dis-enrolled. She will not refund my deposit even though supporting documents. On page 3 under “Provisional Enrollment”. It states “...During this period either the parents or Bunny Village Child Development Center LLC may terminate care without notice. After the 30 days has passed, a two-week notice is required from either party.” DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CHILD OR MONEY

My two girls have been going to Bunny Village for a long time and they are the best. Great Teachers and staff!
