Im up here from Alabama and needed some work done on my 2008 Ford F350 so I stopped in at Erics place. Right away he was able to diagnose my problem he also pointed out a couple of other things that needed attention. He does top-notch work and I like the fact that he treated my vehicle like it was his own. Being from the south you become accustomed to a certain kind of hospitality and I have to say Eric displayed that hospitality while he was working on my truck. He took photos of everything that he done and sent them to me. He called before he done any additional repairs to make sure that it was okay. He walked me through the repair process step by step and as soon as he finished repairing one thing he would call to let me know that it was done and that he was moving on to the next issue. I would highly recommend and have highly recommended that people in Connecticut make the drive to Euro Auto and have Eric maintain their vehicles. I travel all over the country for work putting thousands of miles on my vehicle so things are going to wear out, and good mechanics are hard to find. Eric takes pride in his work Im sad to say that when he retires Connecticut will lose a darn good mechanic. I can tell you one thing as long as Im in Connecticut Eric will be the only one that works on my vehicle.

My parents recently moved to Bethlehem, CT, just up the road from Euro Auto. My father had recommended that I got there to get my car looked at when I was visiting them as he stated the owner has done excellent work on his Insight. When I brougt my 2004 Volvo S40 I was under the assumption that I needed bake brakes. The owner asked if he could drive it up the road with me so that he could see if that was the case. As we drove it up the road he immediatley could feel and hear that it was the rotors that were the issue, not the bake brakes, and was able to explain why that was the case. I have been to many mechanics and NONE of them would have been as kind and taken the time to ride in the car with me to figure out exactly what the issue was, nor bother to explain the inner workings of the car in laymens terms for my own knowledge. This proved to me that he was not out to get my money, but instead genuinely cared about my satisfaction and safety. My car has been riding excellent ever since, and I will definitely be making the drive when my car needs work in the future!! Thanks so much Euro Auto!!!

Went to Euro Auto to have my box truck repaired. I just popped in one afternoon to see if they worked on my truck. Which is a power stroke diesel. They were super friendly and told me Eric the owner will call you as soon as he gets back. Which he did call me back shortly after I left. I explained the problem and we set something up for me to come in and have it fix. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday late morning. By that afternoon he had it diagnosed with the problem to fix it. Also was a fair price for the work and material that he had to use. But by the next day the truck with back to me better then it has ever run. Which needless to say put a big smile on my face. Euro Autos staff is friendly and kind and I have just found my new mechanic. Thanks Euro Auto for the great work.

I have had many different vehicles serviced at Euro Auto over the years. The owner, Eric Dibner, always takes the time to explain what the repair issue is, frequently prints out diagrams from manuals to illustrate the issue, and takes the time to do the job right. This is not the place to go for ten minute oil change. He and his mechanics dont take shortcuts and perform maintenance and repairs thoroughly! It isnt a snazzy garage but they know their stuff. No BS, just competent service.

On behalf of my husband, I must say that he spends alot of time updating his knowledge through many means of education, whether it be classes, seminars or at home video training. He is also a board member of Technicians Service Training in which he devotes a lot of time to. I respect his dedication, unfortunately for me, this is where most of his time is spent. Eric is very knowledgeable and has passion for what he does, I wouldnt trust my vehicle to go anywhere else!

Euro Auto has been servicing my families vehicles for 20+ years. The well trained staff takes the time to explain what needs to be done, what options are available and quotes a price up front. The up to date diagnostic equipment utilized by Eruo Auto can service my 2016 Nissan Maxima or my 2003 VW Jetta. I like that they diagnose the problem not just change parts!
