There is no way to give zero stars, but I wish. I already bought 2 set of 4 tires ( A Subaru and an Audi) for my previous cars from this shop, so Im not new to the place, and I had to take my Subaru back twice, because the alignment was not set, even though I paid for it. So basically, I spent over $1000 at this shop already in the past 3 years. This time I only took one wheel with me, because it had a crack on it, from a different vehicle. The person behind the counter thinks he is a mind-reader. Tried to by 1 tire and ask him if he has a brand, that they always carry, in case I need all 4 replaced, instead he cuts me off in mid sentence and tells me "We dont sell used tires". Nevermind the fact, I had to remind him to get my phone number and name at least, so he knows who owns that 1 wheel they are changing for $130. They also appear to be just tired working there and every customers just another pain in their lives. I think, Im done with this shop, Ill be searching for a better service in the near vicinity.

I normally do my own work. Not because I like to, but to make sure I know the job was done right. Ive been a customer of Zellers for 10 years, and theyre the one and only place Ive recommended in that time. A shop really needs to impress me to earn my recommendation, and Zellers is the only shop that has. I was there last week when a traffic accident occurred at a nearby intersection. Kurt immediately ran out to help. The shop manager calmly but decisively pulled one of the techs off the job he was working on because he was an EMT, and they ran over to help also. Ive been using Zellers for years because of the quality and integrity of their work, but the response of the guys to this accident reinforces the integrity that Ive come to trust. Good quality of work, and genuine concern for doing the right things.

Bought a set of tires there a few weeks ago. Got the car back and it had a significant new vibration at highway speeds. Brought it back to have the tires balanced again, and it did not solve the problem, so I took the car to the dealer for a thorough inspection of drive train components, and inspection revealed that one of the new tires had excessive run out, which was the likely culprit, since all mechanical components checked out. Brought the car back after the dealer inspected it, and the tires were replaced within the hour with new tires, and the issue was gone. Ive bought several sets of tires here for my cars and my wifes cars, and will continue to do so in the future. Not Zellers fault that a bad tire snuck past the manufacturers quality control, it happens, I am very pleased with the resolution.

Originally went in for an alignment after some suspension work and the experience was nothing other than fantastic. Went over the specs i wanted with the tech and was even updated throughout the process on how things were going. The car has never felt better. Few days later I had some back luck and punctured one of my tires. Brought the tire and wheel in and they quickly assessed the damage and gave me a call with the situation and did above and beyond what was expected to get a new tire quickly. By far the best experience ive had at a tire shop, and believe me, ive been to quite a few places prior to this. The guys at Zeller are great. Would highly recommend them.

Bought 3 new Michelin tires and had them put on here my car was shaking brought it back 3 different times for them to figure out the problem they balanced it and finally told me that it was my drive shaft causing the shaking I then brought my car to the Acura dealer where I bought it only for them to tell me that 2 of the tires zeller sold me were bad so back to zeller tire I go they replaced the 2 tires I left only to find my car still shaking after being told that it wasnt my tires from zeller again back to Acura i go to spend 2 hours waiting and paying $75 for a balance that should have been done by zeller in the first place!!!!

Terrible experience. My boyfriend bought $800 dollar snow tires and one popped on the highway 3 days later and zellers would not replace the tire under warranty. Made us buy another tire for $150 and then called us when the tire was ready and just gave the tire to us. When we asked if they were going to put it on the car they refused because they were closing soon. I will never buy tires again from them.

Three trailers, three trucks, Two cars, commercial tractor, mower and other wheeled equipment, there are only two shops I trust to do the right thing, time and time again and Zeller tire is one of the two, the other being Halls garage, both companys are faimly run, community based, honest, freindly, responsible compassionate and fair. I can say no such thing to any other shop, or business in general.

LESS THAN ZERO, but Im forced to select "one star". Ive always heard horrible things about this place. My car was brought there for alignment and when I got it back... it looks like someone rear-ended my car!! you guys have a horrible reputation, i gaurantee you guys filter these reviews.. theres no way you have that many "5" star reviews. DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE!

Highly recommend. While Town Fair Tire is just down the road, go to Zeller instead. Much better service and just as good prices. In addition, they do a variety of services, not just tires. I have used them a number of times and found them to be very trustworthy. They go the extra mile...and so will your car if you go here.

Rip offs. They tell you one price on the phone and when work is complete it is double the price. I used to be satisfied but I will never return to their establishment again.

I bought had my tires installed by Cherry tire a few weeks later they were bought out by Zeller who refuses to honor any warranty that Cherry offered me

The work is good but the prices for alignment and suspension work are much higher than local repair shops or Sears.
