This place is great The manager (Doug) knows a lot about cars. They only do the work that needs to be done, and they dont try to sell you stuff you dont need to do. I bought my truck in yesterday because it was making a horrible sound and not staying in a straight line, they took my truck and put it on a lift and showed me exactly what was wrong. (shot wheel bearing and hub)They gave me a price, which I okayed and 2 hours later my truck was ready. I had gone to another garage earlier in the day, and they wanted me to drop off my truck the night before and then wait for them to give me a call with the estimate. That sounded like a lot of trouble.(and that they would then have my truck held captive) Charges: I has suspected that I needed a wheel bearing and hub, so I had looked up the price beforehand on the internet, and what they charged me was about the same. I think they look in the standard garage book and charge whatever it says in there, which is fair. They are not high or low. The convenience and ease was so worth it, and the fact that Doug the manager told me exactly what was going on made me a lifetime customer. Ken Mc

The manager was really nice and they took care of my car without an appointment. But when I got my car back I noticed both my change pockets were almost empty. Someone helped themselves to my change and it was quite a bit. I decided to go in and let the manager know what had happened. He said to me, no way would his guys take anything from my car!!! I went on and said it was hard for me to even come in and let you know what had happened but he treated me horribly and said that he needed to call the police because I am claiming a theft from his place and I said goodbye. I was just so upset with his actions and unfairness and said if I knew this I would of offered a tip to the worker who worked on my car. I will never return. Their loss!!!!

Picked up 4 tires at tire rack and needed an install. Also after 120K miles on the keep it needed new struts and shocks, and was having a few brake issues. Pulled into Meineke, and Doug immediately set me up for a quick test drive with Carlos. After that they had me up on the lift in 5 minutes all with no appointment. Got everything done in about 6 hours. Doug and Carlos are extremely knowledgable and the custom service was A1. Highly recommend this service center for a refreshingly old school experience.

This place is incredible!! I have never seen another shop like it. Staff are great, total pros and take the time to go over the car in detail with me. I have worked with the GM at his other sites and where ever he goes thats where i want my car. Thank you Chris for always treating me and my car with the absolute best service every single time.

Let me tell you how things work at this Meineke location.. The front office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the mechanics are quick and honest, and the waiting area is modern and convenient. I have actually set up my (virtual) office ... Hooked up to the free WiFi... Had a complimentary coffee... And got my car fixed. Pretty awesome.

was here with my truck for exhaust would. I came in at 1 and told them I had to be to work for 4. They got me right in and out in time for me to get to work. Chantal and Doug were very helpful. I did almost drive right past it though. landscaping needs a little touch up. but the building is state of the art and beautiful.
