NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I brought my car to have a CV axle replaced due a recommendation I received when I purchased new tires. I called around looking for the best price, and Meineke won the bid. When I checked in I asked them only to change the axle, and I needed a new sway bar. The mechanic said OK, and took the car in to be serviced. First they replaced a part we did not authorize or ask to be done, to only over charge us, but I let this go thinking my car will be in good shape. Upon picking up the car strange noises began to happen. I called them, and was advised to bring the car back, and they will take a look. I brought the car in, and was told it would take about a 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem. It was very close to the time my children get out of camp, so we decided we would go get my children, and then come back to a fixed vehicle. SO WRONG! I called them at 5:15 as they closed at 6pm. At this time I was told by the manager that the mechanic was working on a 1200 dollar repair, and would not be able to look at my car today. So I was forced to leave it over night. NOT HAPPY! The next morning, I called around 11 am, as I did not hear from anyone since the night before. I was told at that time, no one got around to it yet, but it was next to go in the bay, and I should get a call with in the hour. I DID NOT GET A CALL.. I CALLED THEM again at 2 pm to be told once again by the manager that it was a hub baring, and a exhaust leak in my right manifold. He reports that it was not his doing, and he would not fix it, its an old car, and it has it problems!!! I was not happy because I know I took the car to them with no NOISES, and it came back to me all messed up! I passed my emissions testing not even a month ago, to be told now I have an exhaust leak, and wheel problems. Not feeling good about this place, I decided to take my car home, and research for a new place to bring my car for a second opinion. Upon driving the car to take the next location, someone was nice enough to stop us, and tell us our wheel is shaking very badly, and we should pull over, THANK GOD for that MAN! We found that the lug nuts where missing. Only two were left. The wheel was about to fall off. MY CHILDREN WERE IN THE CAR!!!!!!! I called Meineke, only to get greeted with an attitude. I explained the situation, and was told he would send a tow truck over and see what the problem was. I called corporate several times, and reported my horrible experience with them. I was called back by corporate to be told that he reported that we hit something, therefore, he was not responsible for the repair. BULLSHIT! We did not hit a thing, he never wants to take any responsibility for anything his workers could have done! Who knows how badly hurt we could of gotten if it wasnt for a good Samaritan. I had the car towed from their location, and taken to a new mechanic and explained the whole situation. Even the part Menieke claiming we hit something to cause the lug nuts to end up missing. He clearly told us, the wheel and rim has no damage to indicate his claim, and that the lug nuts were most likely not tighten correctly. I will be taking this man to small claims court, and reporting him to BBB! WORST PLACE EVER! No attempt to make anything right for customers!

Hard to tell at first but these guys lie to your face saying you need "this" or "that" changed and if for any reason the parts they replace on your vehicle fail theyll use the opportunity to try and sell you something else. Example 1: went in to have my rotors and pads replaced which i knew were worn out. They priced me up about $1000 for everything including labor (overpriced) and tried to make me feel better by saying 15% was taken off price of parts. I said okay and had work done. A month later the pads are wearing unevenly and are almost 50% used up. I had them reinspect the brakes and they blame my calipers that they are squeezing too much and not letting go (never had a problem with calipers until Meineke serviced them). I say okay whatever and bring to my authorized dealer to have a look. Dealer tells me calipers are fine - of course - and the pads they put on my car are crap. Example 2: brought 6qts of my own oil for an oil change. My engine only requires 5.8qts. Service did not take too long but when I got it back they say im about half a quart below full. Of course i ask did they use all 6qts? Answer, yes. So I ask you, how in the HECK could my car be less then full?? Sorry for the long story but please people, do not go here! Pure "highway robbery"

Right away, Shady staff... I brought my truck over for a oil change(premium ). They managed to strip off the nuts of the rim. They did not want to give me my car back. I managed to have them put it back on after fighting with them for over 30min.(I live up the street so I took my car home and replaced the nuts myself with new ones). The second time I went with my other car (again for a change ). They told me that my dip stick is broken and I need to replace it. The day before I had all my breaks replaced(my uncle did the job) and I know that my dip stick was fine because we checked. To add insult to injury...next day my gas gauge stopped working. I am absolutely done with Meineke... Words cannot explain the disappointment. I will never be back. I recommend people to bring your cars somewhere else.. Dont waste your time and money here.

Completely Incompetent. My wife brought her car in once for an alignment and wheel bearings, they ridiculously overcharged her. The car clearly was never aligned, so they told me to bring it back in on Saturday. I dropped it off at 9AM, told them I absolutely needed it back at 3 (i really needed it at 4pm). I come back at 4pm, and they havent even looked at it (a couple more hours they say). They tell me they can do it that night, and leave the key under the tire for me to pickup later. I remind them, 5 or 6 times this is the ONLY key, do NOT lock it in the car, or I will be locked out. They lock it in the car. I had to have AAA break in for me. This place is truly awful. Go elsewhere. - - - Followup on 5/7/14 - the wheel bearings they replaced already need replacing, only 18 months later.

A Cas

I had tires delivered to this location with an appt for 9:30am. I was told it would be done an hour and half later tops. I was told after the initial wait it would be another two hours then they had the audacity to tell me they will call me when its done. 4 wheel alingnment never done properly,tires never balanced and my steering wheel is now offset to the right lol. I was given a 10% discount and I called corporate to complain and ask for my money back.I was told they contacted the store and I was told they would fix the issue,but how can I go back to a place I dont trust. Since I declined I was told there is nothing that can be done for me. This is the most unprofessional and shady repair shop I have been to. Please think twice before going to this shop!.
