Watch out for car damage during servicing! Following my last oil change and tire rotation, a week or so later I found that the corner of my hood was bent by an object which must have been left between the hood and fender when it was closed. Knowing that the Tremonte Service Center was the only people under my hood in months, there was nowhere else the damage could have come from. I struggled with what result I would get but finally came in last week to bring it to the service manager’s attention. The manager looked at it and assured me that his people would have notified him of the issue if it happened there. He then went on to point out a ding and a scratch elsewhere on the vehicle, as if the new one in the hood did not matter, and expressed that it would be hard to expect them to repair my vehicle or take any responsibility. I explained that I had had the vehicle for 2+ years and did not expect the car to stay perfect forever, and that one of the people had at least apologized for hitting my car in a parking lot. The purpose of customer feedback is for future learning and training but it was obvious he could not see that, and offered no apology or concern. He explained he had a dentist appointment to get to and he would call me back when he had more time to look into the matter. I got the reply that was anticipating, No Call Back, No Concern, No Responsibility or at least "I Will Review With My Employees". An apology or a call back might have gone a long way to secure future business and avoid this review. Unless it is a GM mechanical issue, go to JL or a small garage for an oil change, where you might get some customer concern and even a cheaper price.

The entire staff of the Tremonte Auto group were absolutely incredible and consummate professionals! They made our car purchase such a smooth and incredibly enjoyable experience! Terrible customer service, i heard they were bad but i didnt know how bad until today. I went and had my cadillac repaired at the service department, upon completion they handed me a bill for $126.00. I have a bumper to bumper coverage with a $100 deductible, so they mentioned that the $26 was taxes. After a brief exchange with words they then changed it to $6 in taxes. I told the guy your still missing the point there is no taxes on the deductible. So after a few more exchanges of words we then called the state attorney general asked her (on speaker phone) if their is taxes on deductibles. That only made things worse the service manager became outraged and told the state attorney general she didnt know what she was talking about and hung up on her. He then insisted that i pay the 6 dollar tax by means of intimidation. He said that he has been collecting taxes on deductible for some 26 years; someone needs to do due an audit on tremont cadillac of branford.

We spoke to Tyler the Auto tech. In the service department about different purchase options for a transfer case that would fit our 2006 Cadillac escalade esv and he told us if we go online and buy 1 just have it shipped to the garage and I did,then we went to pay for our Truck to leave ,but as we got down the street our Truck shift gears so we turned around an went back they told us we had a bad transmission which we knew it was lie so we brought it to another garage and they told us it was the speed sensor on the transfer case that Tremont Auto Group put in.I talk to John the Manger an he said it was my fault cause I didnt buy the transfer case from them even though his techs put it in

The entire staff at Tremonte did a dynamite job replacing / repairing door damage to my Jaguar XJL in their collision center department. Angelo was hands on, and the guys in the service center helped answers questions about the cars performance. The front office people could not be nicer, and the car was returned in its original new condition, and clean. I also received help with some of the dashboard features and functions because Tremontes crew called the car maker to get answers.

Went in for service with two concerns and left with the same concerns both not being adressed. Service advisor as well as technician had no clue how to address my problem so just became very irritated and dismissive of my problem. Wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. The cashier was nice for what its worth.

The sales team including the sales manager were great to deal with. Not pushy at all and very helpful overall with my truck buying experience. Their GMC/Cadi/Buick product line has something to offer for everyone, you cant go wrong at Tremonte.

Sales person was too pushy and had no patience. I was turned off by this. Sales person barely remembered me from a week ago and was saying I test drove vehicles that I did not drive. I drove one vehicle!! I will not go back.

There service dungeon is improperly staffed and equipped. They can not properly diagnose any vehicles in any amount of time. Your better off going to a shop that has more then 5 employees. A real GM dealer..tremonte is a joke.
