I keep going back to Bolton Collision because the workmanship is always excellent, the service is professional and friendly, the price is always fair. I have been using Bolton Collision for thirty years. Dave and Maryann treat me so well. Two weeks ago, friends of mine from New Jersey driving their 2014 Toyota Prius C on the George Washington Bridge had a front end collision at low speed. Subsequently, using a rented car, they were up in Coventry visiting us and they showed me the pictures of the Prius. I explained my perfect experience with Bolton Collision, they spoke with Dave and showed him the pictures. They agreed to have the car repaired at Bolton Collision and had the car shipped here from NJ. Every aspect of the car was brought back to the original condition. My friends and I are happy with the outcome.

I was rear ended and the persons insurance who hit me had me take my car to bolton collision for an estimate. (I already had a shop where I was going to take it) from the moment I walked in the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. After talking to Dave for some time, I decided I was going to have them do the work instead of the other shop I had in mind. Needless to say they did an amazing job on my car, even vacuumed and cleaned the inside which was a nice little surprise. One of their techs helped me take my daughters car seat in and out. They took care of my rental reservation so all i had to worry about was dropping my car off. The whole staff left such a great impression on me, and their bodywork speaks for itself. I highly recommend them.

BEST customer service/repair experience I have ever had. Ive had vehicles repaired in both MA and CT and I have never worked with a company with such EXCEPTIONAL care and quality. Bolton Collision saved me hundreds of dollars (without cutting corners), repaired my vehicle ON TIME despite the noreasters, and even cleaned the vehicle and had it warming up for me by the time I arrived for pick up. The receptionist was curt and unfriendly. They put poor quality tires on the car. They also lost the key and keyless entry to the car and then did not reimburse me for the keyless entry. I will not recommend it to anyone.
