I’m very impressed and pleased with the major auto body repair from Hyde Autoworks Unlimited. Bob reviewed the damage to my truck, the next day he had the insurance adjuster inspect the truck, Bob had already written up the repairs so as soon as the adjuster completed his review the paperwork was sent into the insurance company, within a few days the repairs were approved at which point Bob called to inform me the job is approved and he has sent in the parts order. Next I received a call as to when the parts are scheduled to arrive, the parts came in a few days late, each time Bob was given a delivery date he called to keep me informed. (Great Customer Service) I requested some extra services that I wanted completed during the process, Bob fully explained the work to be performed to accommodate those requests, I agreed and without hesitation he said they will take care of it. This 2017 paint color is a blend of several paint colors with pearl in it, a difficult color to mix, the new paint matched perfectly. Hyde did not have to send the truck to any other vendors as Hyde Autoworks has all the equipment in house to do the job. Thank you, Hyde, Autoworks Unlimited for a great job and excellent customer service.
