I have to wonder if there is new management or different people working at Jasmin. In the past I have had nothing but fair treatment there. Today I asked about a fender that Jasmin replaced 3 years ago and was told very bluntly and that there is nothing they could do because I did not come in when there was only a speck of rust so they could fix it. The young man that looked at my car said he was $10,000 dollars in the hole because of Volkswagon and their parts and he could not do anything for me...after only three years of a new fender this was his answer. He pointed his finger at me and said "maintenance". At that point he turned and walked away. If they dont stand by their work anymore that is not a good sign.Its sad to see this kind of decline in customer care...future business ?

Took my car here after I bumped a guardrail a few years ago. I specifically told Josh to keep the car as long as he needed it, I just wanted the work done right. The first time I went to pick up the car there was a gouge in the front bumper which they had just replaced. The second time I went back I had to get the headlights reinstalled because one was pointed at the ground and another was pointed at the sky. The third time I went back I noticed that they had torn my fender liners while replacing my bumper and never replaced or repaired them. The place also reeks of cigarettes. After my experience I talked to a few friends and found that everyone had similar experiences. They do fast, bad work. Avoid this place like the plague.

Just got my car back from Jasmin, and I dont have enough good things to say about this place. Sean and team made the experience a pleasure and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He worked directly with my insurance company and also made sure that I was all set with a rental (Enterprise shares a building with them, which is super convenient) before I even left the shop. When I got my car back, I immediately noticed that they had vacuumed and detailed my entire interior. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is the only place in central VT that I will let touch my vehicle. Honest, thorough, experienced and just all around great people. A+

I give Jasmin an A+ for adaptability, service, and attention to details. Despite my car being delivered 2 days late to my scheduled appointment, they gave me a "No prob! Well work you in." Not only did I receive my car back a little earlier than anticipated but in much better condition too. They fix the rusting issue (warranty work for Toyota) as well as power washed and cleaned my car so it looks nearly brand new inside and out. For a super busy person with no spare time...it was like experiencing Christmas in July. Thank you so much!

took over a month to get work started for a minor accident. they destroyed my after-market high intensity discharge headlights ($400) when they attempted to remove the undamaged front bumper i asked to have repainted for a minor scratch. all panels painted on the car started to peel in less than 3 months. their work is "guaranteed" but there is no way ill even take a free re-paint for fear of them destroying something else on my car. if you want the rush-job treatment feel free to give these guys a shot.

I had my mini van repaired by Jasmin and the work was beautiful! My hood had been smashed, along with my windshield, and it looked fantastic when done. Everything was right as scheduled, along with car rental. Im going to them again since my car was rear ended. The other drivers insurance looked to see if Jasmin was on their list, and she said they are, and they have excellent reviews. Thats good for you.

I read Doug Howes review. It is not the way Jasmins work. Am sure Mr. Howe must have been confused. I would recommend Jasmin Auto Body to anyone. They have done work for me many times over the years and not once have I had any complaint. The craftsmanship is excellent and they do exactly as they say and for what they quote. You wont find a better shop.

I was given a price quote for some body work, which I agreed to. After the work was done, a day later than promised, I was billed for a much higher amount. Since the work was done at that point, what am I supposed to do? I was charged for additional labor time and more expensive parts.

Never go here They lie on when they can fix your car and then tell you "promises" that they then later say never happened. Always have anything from them in writing.
