My wifes car and my truck were both damaged in consecutive days; neither damages were our faults. Our insurance company (Progressive) set us up with JAS Auto as it was one of their "hubs." My truck had a dent in the bumper, which they replaced in one day and called me to come pick it up. My wifes car was heavily damaged in an accident where she was rear-ended; it was to the point that I thought the car might be totaled - it was not driveable. They had the car for two weeks before they called us to come pick it up, after the insurance adjuster initially telling us it would take AT LEAST three weeks, and that he was certain it would be longer. When we came to pick the car up, it looked like a brand new car; not even a hint of any damage anywhere. The service was great, JAS kept us up to date on everything and never left us hanging or wondering what was going on, and they took care of both of our cars extremely quickly. A rental car doesnt sound bad until youre stuck with it for a prolonged amount of time, and just want your own car back. Both of our vehicles were new vehicles, and after the work by JAS was completed, they were returned to us in new condition - couldnt ask for anything to be better!

These other good posts must be from employees or friends. I dont know anyone who has had a good experience here. I took my care here because Geico uses them for repairs. My car was dropped off on Friday for repairs to start on Monday. It was "guaranteed" to be ready Wednesday. It wasnt finished, so it was promised to be really done on Thursday, it wasnt. they left a message saying it was totally going to be ready Friday instead. I called them back, talked to a manager who was a rude prick, and argued with me and raised his voice, and didnt offer to do anything to try and fix the situation. They have rental vehicles, they could have easily offered me a one day rental at no charge to try and make it look like they gave the tiniest of shits, but nope. Terrible customer service, dont deliver what they "guarantee" and dont care that they dont. I called Geico to lodge a formal complaint that they shouldt be using this place. They guy told me it wasnt the first time hes heard stuff like this about JAS.

Disappointed in this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I was told JAS is the place to go so I brought my 2014 Wrx in for a new fender and bumper after an accident that winter. They were great at first but when I got my car back it was two different color blues so I brought it back and had them repaint it. Still same problem. They didnt use the right blue at all. But they went on telling me it will always be a different color because its plastic not metal like the rest of the car. Also they put in all the wrong clips that held on my bumper so the plastic part fell off and scrapped on my tire leaving a huge hole I needed to pay to be repaired. GO TO COLLISION WORKS! Higher quality work and trustworthy people!

My car was hit while parked in a parking lot at work. I was lucky enough to receive the other persons insurance information. Once I initiated the claim, I called JAS to see if they had an opening for a fender repair. They were very polite and efficient over the phone and scheduled an appt right away as well as took care of contacting the insurance company from that point forward. They made it EXTREMELY easy to receive and return the brand new rental car. Not only did they do an amazing job on the repaint but they did a fantastic job cleaning my entire car so it looked brand new. Thank you!

Terrible experience. I brought in my car for minor repair work. They estimated 2 days to repair it. Instead, it took them 9 days. During this period I called daily to check on the status and instead of apologizing for the delay they always replied in an annoyed tone "well call you when its ready". When I went to pick it up I discovered that they had done only half of the requested work. Yet, they tried to charge me even for the things they had not done. Overall the repair was of very low quality with several dents still clearly visible. Stay away from this business.

My car was repaired at J.A.S. after a collision with a deer. I chose them because they were a preferred shop for my insurance company, and a co-worker recommended them. I was treated fairly and courteously by the staff. They answered all my questions about the repair. The car was ready when promised. I did notice after bringing the car home that the new hood did not close as snugly to the fenders as it should have. I called them and brought the car back in and the problem was corrected for me while I waited. I would certainly use them again.

Terrible experience! never take my car there again they took a month to fix my car and were very rude to my wife. they refused to pay for our rental car when they did not have our car done. Got our car now we have to buy a bran new key fob because they broke ours and refuse to fix it also our car is shaking really bad and have to put it in another shop dont take your cars here worst place ever. They thought we did not know much as we are young buy now we have to get lawyer involved.

Ive had three cars repaired by them over the past eight years and weve been impressed with the quality of work every time. Not only does the car look great when theyre finished, but they handle all the insurance paperwork, too. Definitely recommend.

TERIBLE PLACE TO GO! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK COULD OF BEEN DONE BY MY DOG BETTER. HERE ARE SOME ISSUES: PITTED PAINT, SAND MARKS THAT ARE VISSIBLE, TRIM FALLING OFF STILL. AND THEY TOOK FOREVER AND LONGER
