Its a basic gym. Could use some upgrade!!! ie-larger sauna(cramped and uncomfortable WEIRD, when a stranger walks in, room for 2 max), access to a swimming pool(like when it used to be Gold Gym), showers(most of them dont work properly), Equipment checks & repairs(some of the machines have been in need of calibrating and or repairs. I know this because I have already reported the issue to the staff and it has been in the same condition for a very long time. Maybe weeks to 3 months. And still havent been fixed), sanitizing supplies(need more dispensers throughout the gym, alot of times running out and have to let someone know, the distance back and forth to the equipment to clean after workout...so, Ive seen many people after their sweety stinky routine on the machines dont even bother to clean it because they dont want to waste time getting to the sanitizing stations) But like I said "BASIC" Could use some improvements.

THE MOST HORRIBLE GYM IVE EVER HAD!!!!Im an ER nurse and in the military.I moved to another town only 10 minutes away and cancelled my plan I received a call two years later about $400 for a plan I cancelled and the person who used to work there doesnt even own the gym anymore so I thought calling the new manager would be civil and cancel the plan for me instead he made me pay the balance. this is the most unprofessional gym Ive ever been to and Im sorry to say the new manager can. not do his job properly Im currently doing Crossfit and have another gym of my own and I will never go back to that gym because of the rudeness and the way hes treated me .all because my account on an old general manager that retired there did. the new manager John took no responsibility for his gym.I caution people who work out there and I caution people who are tentatively looking to work out there

This gym is horrible. The locker rooms are always filthy, there is almost always no soap, or paper towels, and does not make you feel hygiene is paid much attention to! So much salt and sand that gets into the facility this time of year, Ive noticed its gotten on the equipment which really stinks. The parking situation is horrible, a friend of mine was towed and the management did nothing to try to resolve it. It seems like this place lives to make money, doesnt care about current members concerns, and really is not a quality place. Spend a little more to get a better place that actually cares about its members!

I absolutely love this gym. They have just about everything... Im coming from a other gym, that I started with, that is a great beginner gym, but can no longer help me with my needs.... I knew from my first day that Id be calling this gym my second home. And the assistant manager is Awesome. She is so helpful and so nice. I recommend anyone at any fitness level to get the seven day pass and give this gym a try. If you have a little one, they get a seven day pass too for daycare, while you work out. You got nothing to lose..

Very nice place! I used the free guest pass to take a look. Very nice place! They have many different machines and you absolutely can find one as you want. The locker room is so so but its better than others I just tried one week ago. They also have a very nice sauna room, its very helpful for recovering your tired muscle.

I love this gym. It has all the equipment I need. They have a ladies workout room which is sufficient for beginners. Plenty of cardio equipment and a small sauna. I have to take about the ladies working the kids club. They are so sweet and get to know each child.

Denied a membership cause of 4 year old rumors a part time employee told the staff. No chance to defend myself. . Same old equipment from before the gym relocated.

The gym is clean. There is a wide variety of equipment. It does get a little cramped when its busy, especially the freeweight area.
