I was so sick and tired of just settling for a stylist, or paying up to $50 for a haircut each month. So I decided to leave the salon that I had made my preferred and tried out SuperCuts at this location. I was so surprised at what I had gotten myself into! Right off the bat I was definitely intrigued, due to their great curb appeal. When I walked in I was greeted by two stylists who happened to be with clients at the moment. I suppose at "higher-end" salons youre more commonly greeted by a sole receptionist, as I used to be one. However, the fact that the stylists made that point and effort to greet me with genuine smiles and how-are-yas, made me feel welcome. As I was sitting and waiting my extremely short wait (short wait times), I decided to take a look around. I can be overcritical at times, although I was honestly stunned by how clean, professional, and dazzling the decor and atmosphere were. Now Im not too sure if I should mention the stylists name whom had cut my hair; however, I am sure that I can admit that she had done a wondrous job. It was by far the most transcendent haircut I ever received. After paying my feeble total of about $15, I told her (the stylist) that she was now going to be my permanent stylist. All in all, its a great place, great people, and outstanding prices. These reviews I read from almost a year ago are not inviting, although, Im thinking that maybe there was a change in Management or Ownership because you cannot post reviews like that about this place anymore. One thing people dont commonly believe, which I do, is that, "Its not WHAT you pay or WHERE you go, its WHO cuts your hair".

Was not going to go at first, i had called the day before and the woman who answered had an accent that was very hard to understand and she was very rude. Yet i gave them a shot the next morning called and made an appt. (they only make same day appts) i am so glad i went after how bad the day before was. Karen was awesome. I was going with a color i never had and they didn"t carry. She made the color by applying different colors and the end result was spot on! Cut of over nine inches and the cranberry color was amazing. Then she suggested products that would keep the color from fading, didn"t push them on me either. Price wasn"t bad either. I wiil be going back for sure. I"m glad i didn"t let how i was so poorly and rudely treated the day before stop me from going. If you go ask for Karen. I will be telling people about her for sure. In the future if the other woman ever treats me like that again regardless of how awesome my hair came out i will take my business elsewhere. I didn"t deserve that at all. You got five stars for Karen and minus twenty for the other one so i went in the middle

I have cut my hair over there couple of times, the last time the lady was very rude. First I call on Saturday 5:30 pm, she answers saying we close in 30 mins, I run to the place, the sign on the door says "open", there are 3 dudes waiting, the lady is cutting someones hair, she looks at me as I enter the place and says exactly "Can I help you?... We close in 20 minutes and the there is a line"... She is RUDE... I understand they were running out of time, but saying it nicely makes a big difference, she didnt apologies, she could have easily apologized or at least change the sign on the door to "closed"!!!

This rude lady with the personality of a wet mop cut my bangs and did my eyebrows. Both came out like crap. I had to go fix my eyebrows with tweezers in the car. She also did my boyfriends hair and it was uneven looking. I am by no means picky or a complainer, so for me to write a review is saying a lot. She never smiles, barely talks and it feels like youre bothering her. Never again! Ill go to place in the Price Chopper plaza which is only a couple of dollars more. I always feel welcomed and am always happy with my results.

Wish there was an option for negative stars! If youre lucky enough to get one of the experienced stylists youll likely get a decent cut. I was not so lucky the last time and went back to get touched up. Big mistake! After calling ahead I was passed over twice for people who walked in after me and clearly did not call ahead. Dont waste your time here. Find a salon with stylists you trust and make actual appointments.

Went on a Sunday and woman cutting my hair had a huge attitude with everyone in the store. Would not speak to me just around me I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted she managed to cut it in a similar fashon but only after "finishing it " twice and me having to ask her to do it again. She also put a dirty drape over me and was rude to every customer. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Went for a quick hair cut on break and explained exactly what I wanted, took the girl an hour just to trim it then she didnt know how to angle the front, my hair is nothing that I wanted as well that whole time and she still didnt even start doing the long layers I asked for and after seeing what was already done they were not wanted I totally regret letting the girl touch my hair

How do you cut hair evenly without washing it? i came in with my hair basically straightened, the "hairdresser" used a spray bottle and continured to spray and cut while my curls started to appear therefore causing a lousy uneven haircut, the second worst Ive had in my life. Ive only had 2 bad haircuts and this was one of them in 52 years.

Terrible service. Do not know how to shave a head. My edge up was uneven and my hair sticks up everywhere. They shaved past my hairline and my head looks like they cut it blindfolded. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I go for a haircut and they dont even know how to cut even sideburns even after i told her it was crooked she still wouldnt fix it I had to go home and fix it where do these people get their hairdressing licenses?

Tawnie is the best both me and my fiancée go to her every time we need something . She listen, she knows what shes doing and actually cares. Prices are also unbeatable for a skilled hairdresser .

Terrible experience my hair is not at all what i wanted and its very uneven. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Hairdresser didnt say a word to me the whole time.

Enjoyed my experience here. In and out in about 10 min with no wait. Haircut was good and the price is good too: $15 for a guys haircut with no frills.
