Went to a stylist who did a deep wine ballayage. It came out great and I loved it! However a few days later the color was not the same. I called the salon and she then explained how I should care for my hair after the fact. She never told me the day i got it done. A few other things were said too.That didnt help the fact that i already spent alot of money and had faded color so i emailed the manager. I didnt get a call until days later some how my email appeared in the junk folder. She was suppose to call me back and its a week later. I will not be back due to the unprofessional staff and lack of customer service.

Great experience! My stylist Kylee was super nice and provided a gentle and relaxing wash, cut, and dry. I dont get my hair cut/done often, and most salons try to talk you into something fussy. Prices are very reasonable, and the environment was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon!

Went to the Hair House for the first time at the end of January. Loved it! Cami did an amazing job on my hair. Everyone was super friendly and was a great environment to be in. Cant wait to go back in a couple months.
