This place is terrible. The workers there were all extremely rude and did not offer me any help when I first arrived. I came in for an oil change, less than a month later my check engine light came on signaling I needed another oil change. They gave me a quote for 536$ for my front breaks which is outrageous. They assumed since I am a woman I would not know anything about cars. They added mileage to my car ,when I came in my car had 136,000 miles when I drove off my mileage read 230k. They put my next service date for the very next day on the sticker on my front windshield. The workers were playing music that contained very vulgar language. All around it was a terrible experience. These guys are crooks. Not to mention my overflow box is leaking anti freeze and my car is constantly overheating, a problem I did not have until I went to this place. Come to find out my hose on my overflow box had been tampered with. This has been by far my worst experience.

The mechanics at Monro supposedly fix my front brakes 2 weeks ago and charge me over $200 for what the manager claimed was a minor job. I also have lifetime warranty on pads. I took my car back yesterday because my brakes werent working right and they now said my back brakes need to be replaced. How come they did not see that 2 weeks ago when I went there for an oil change? I feel robbed and cheated and I feel they should fix my car because they mustve done something to it. Something about that place just doesnt feel right.

Asked for my Mazda 6 oil change about a month and half ago. It took about 3 hrs of wait time until the job was done. First week it was ok, but then start hearing some noises form the engine compartment area. As of now, car drives, but very hard and much noisier than it was before. Ive never experienced something like that w/ my car in the past and wonder what kind of stuff was used for the oil change. Will have to put a new oil again, if it helps, but I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Monro has been my car garage for 10 years. No longer. New manager has already cheated me on simple repair once, charging $260 for a simple part that costs $50 and after I brought car back for oil change, which should take 30-60 minutes, just left it sitting in the parking lot for more then an hour and did not even bother to give a courtesy call to mention that there is a delay. Take your business elsewhere - this is the only way they learn to respect customers.

This place is a RIPOFF! look at all the labor charges~! even next to the parts they charge for labor! Their coupons arent worth the paper theyre printed on! find a small shop trusted mechanic! Wanted to tell me I cant use 2 coupons when I could! total rip-off even their parts are marked up by 60%!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BRAKE SOMETHING. Had a good Jeep, out of no where came back for a oil change and they put a butterfly drain plug without telling me! Unprofessional staff and horrible manager. They want money but dont want to work HAHAH funny.

Went in to get a new tire put into my rims...aired almost 3 hours in the parking lot and had to watch many people who came after get their work done most of the customers seemed to be good friends with the employees as well.....poor management skills on a simple 15-20 min job

The company should be more careful with their employees, possibly in the workshop of Derby works a swindler, he took my money to buy the pieces that my required car and after two months has not returned my money, parts or repaired the vehicle . Police will take notice.

been coming here for oil changes for years and have never had a problem. Ricardo and his staff have always been friendly and courteous. Being on social security you have to watch your pennies and monro saves me bucks and with quality service you cant go wrong.

If you value your time and money do not go here. The employees are very unprofessional, job isnt done right the first time, and the employee tried to charge me more than what the service cost. Trust me youll save yourself tons of trouble by avoiding this place.

I went in for an oil change, about 8 am on a Friday. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, but I was out within half an hour. The manager and the mechanic who did the work (oil change + tire rotation + brake check) were both extremely friendly.

My Son Matt DuHaime, is the Manager.of the shop. He is hard working, honest, trustworthy and an excellent mechanic. He makes sure the shop and his mechanics do an outstanding job on every vehicle that comes into there for service
